I appreciate having an office supply store where I can find specific tools and supplies quickly so that I can run my office efficiently. Pleasant, helpful and courteous staff make my trip go as smoothly as possible.
Very disappointed that even though we called to confirm what we needed was in stock, after driving 30 minutes from Orange City Office Depot, the item that I needed was not in stock. They confirmed via phone it was there, then I was told, sorry, our count is wrong.
That is the worst Office Depot I have ever been in!
Horrible customer service, filthy dirty store, and out of stock on most everything that people go to an office supply store to get. New management is badly needed
I had an older gentleman who took care of my husband and I. A few weeks ago but he was awesome. Went out of his way to make sure we were happy with our products. Just keep thinking how nice he was. Grey hair fella. Very tall as well. No i don't have his name. My husband was in a wheelchair. I was so happy with my purchase.
I've never been in this location, visited this locale to find a specific product. While the dept associate was accomodating, I found the front cashier short, abrupt, and unprofessional in manner! ABSOLUTELY NO EYE CONTACT upon ringing up the product, and when I asked the cashier a question, I was answered short and curtly with the word "No" abruptly, and when I ran my card, this person was looking around as if annoyed, distracted. They then proceeded to leave the two items lying on the counter, and I had to ASK FOR IT TO BE BAGGED along with my receipt. I will NEVER shop this store again. Besides, I later learned the same product was much cheaper at Walmart, which is where I should have went in the first place!
First time I had been there since I bought a desk chair a few years back. Clean and well stocked. I found what I was looking for but couldn't make myself pay what they had it priced. So I went somewhere else and bought it. I don't mind paying a little more for convenience but there is a limit.
In the Business Center, The customer sign-in requirement doesn't do anything but slow down an already extremely slow process. There is never more than one person working.and a long line of frustrated customers. I was 3rd in line and waited nearly two hours for (large) copies.
Horrible Customer Service by Ryan who is a service manager at the printing area. Was rude when talking to customer and did not give all the information. Wanted me to purchase a thumb drive instead of pointing me to the self-print section.
I will now drive further away because I was not comfortable and didn’t feel welcomed as a paying customer.
Delt with a manager in Daytona on a printer they have a sale bring in your old printer and get $75 off the Epson 4760 the manager in Daytona refused to sell me the printer told me I was wrong I came to the Deland store delt with Glen the manager he seen the sign gave me the printer that was originally $499 on sale for $399 plus took the $75 off as advertised so I got it for $325 Glen did it with no issues good guy
Absolutely the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced You have one lady at the printing department, One guy leaning up against the counter
One girl stocking and I guess a manager that was wearing black Just me and two other people in line
When I tell the lady behind the counter that I needed to get something printed form my email she very rudely told me to go to the printer put in a code and do it when I told her it was just printing my address and nothing else she told me I was doing it wrong never offered to help or nothing
Went to UPS And they bent over backwards to help me will never be back here again I don’t blame her I blame the management and owners
I experienced disappointingly poor customer service here. All I needed was to print, laminate and cut a very simple black and white print. The staff acted annoyed that I would want to have this done there and ultimately that attitude caused me to walk out and take my business elsewhere. Rather than helping me out, they instead essentially convinced me leave and do it myself.
I went in early to look for a desk chair. The employee was very knowledgeable and helpful. Very nice store.
The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They immediately asked what they could help me find as I walked in. The store was clean and organized. The associate walked me to the products I was looking for and even helped me narrow my selection. Great customer service with the morning shift.
If you need anything done here even on a slow day, expect the slowest incompetant workers. Noone even pretends like they care. 40 minutes to send a fax to the wrong number when you clearly gave them the correct number. Circled it and everything for them. Ridiculous.
Good location, easy to get in and out. Usually not busy. Store is clean and organized, easy to find what you need with good selection & variety of products.
Had a laptop dropped off to try to figure out what was wrong with it. The guy that collected it was Charlie. I wait a few days and nothing. So I called and spoke to a lady who said nothing was able to be done since the system wasn’t able to power on. Then why wasn’t I told by Charlie when I dropped it off. I could’ve diagnosed that it didn’t turn on. The only reason they got two stars is because the lady I spoke to was nice.
