What a delight to encounter Gabby in the copy dept today! She provided above expectation service in efficiency, tech knowledge and customer service. She was friendly, very helpful and patient as I am hard of hearing and the masks only make it worse.
Whoever hired her, I thank you too. Customer service is almost nonexistent since covid.

I went to Office Depot today, while it was raining. As soon as I got out of the car, the associate Anthony came to get me with an umbrella. He walked me into the store, so I could retrieve a cart to bring in several toner cartridges for return. He was unbelievably pleasant and helpful the entire time. I have been having issues with my laser printer, so Anthony provided a knowledgeable series of suggestions, that could potentially fit my needs. He recommended a Canon product, due to the toner going on sale regularly. He also recommended that if I could wait, I should, since his suggested product routinely goes on sale, which would save me over $100. Since I had so much toner for my now non-functioning printer, Anthony actually recommended that I either get my printer repaired or try to find a used printer on eBay that would take the same cartridges. He not only listened to my needs, but provided a recommendation that wouldn’t benefit Office Depot, but would be most beneficial to me as a customer. I will most certainly be returning for any office supplies that I need!

May take time to get through the line at the Business Services, but they do such quality work that it is worth the wait!

Just left Office Depot in Orange City and was very disappointed to say the least. I visit this location quite frequently to get copies made. It was 5: 50 pm and I wanted to get 180 copies made. I was told because they close at 6 PM and it was Super Bowl weekend that they were not going to be able to make the copies, because they had prior jobs to do. What kind of policy is that? Such bad business! I will go to Lake Mary for business and be sure to tell my co-workers, as I am a teacher, to do the same.

Knowledgeable staff and well stocked. I have to travel to get to this location but compared to the one closer to my house, it’s well worth it.

My main issue with this place is that if you're not a savvy buyer, you get totally scammed on their prices. I stop by for printer ink and their in-store prices are always way more than their online prices. If you're not aware of it, you pay the higher price. Oh, they'll price match but if you're not aware of it you pay more. Wow! Not cool at all. Smdh.: -/

Printers and copiers are always down. The workers are of no help and have people waiting for 30 minutes plus for printer help. Useless

Had an issue with a piece of furniture for a desk with a stripped screw had one of the employees come out and check they kept going back and forth to get different tools ended up getting the correct one to unscrew the stripped screw they went above and beyond thank you.

I'm at the Office Max in Orange City was trying to get a fax for employment I was at the fax area ran to the store manager was very rude and very disrespectful I tried to turn in my fax to have a fax in he's on the phone and I asked you to ask him he's on the phone making a personal phone call and I asked him to fax my documents he's on the phone still not even saying hello or anything regarding business he holds out his hand and he wants me to come over to him on the other side of the office space he was very rude and very disrespectful and then I asked him why don't you get off the phone and then you can give me personal service his response was an attitude

They have a policy were they do not allowed you to pay cash for a print me order done online. In my experience at Orange City Fl Store, my credit card has a hold of 2 transactions of $5.00 each that has not been released and my prints were only. 24 cents. I have called, the number registered does not work, the main office can not help. I want my money back. An I will go further. I asked before I left the store how long does the hold on the credit car will take and I was told the release was done inmediatly as they charged the value of the order.

Very disappointed with the professionalism at this place. Went there to get some copies made and send them with a fax, signed up on their check-in computer screen and people who just walked in standing next to me who hadn't signed in at all were asked if they could be helped before my requests were started, not the first time this happened at this location, as a matter of fact it happens everytime I go there. After I was given my copies back and I received what was faxed I noticed that the young gal that was helping me didn't listen to my request that had multiple things to do, she did not write anything down as I was explaining what I needed. Once I saw she dropped the ball on my requests I slid the papers back to her at the checkout and she acuussed me of throwing them back at her. I then spoke to the manager about the mistake and pointed out how they could write things down while getting instructions as to avoid mistakes and he started making excuses for their unprofessionalism. After the faxes were resent with the appropriate copies I then noticed on the fax verification sheet that their time stamp on their machines were incorrect. Spoke to the manager again and he started making excuses again. Shame on them for showing their true colors as being young, dumb, unprofessional and unwilling to listen to reason and take a suggestion for improvement to benefit both sides of the fence. I will go elsewhere in the future. Young mellinials with the attitude of it always being someone else's fault but their own.

Very convenient to my home. Has a wide selection of the things I need, but they never have enough employees. Im always waiting in line here and other customers complain of the same issue. If it continues ill find another place to do business at. It shouldn't take 20 minutes to check three customers out.

Customer service at the printing department are rude and lazy. They could take forever to fax a few papers. They are clearly useless because faxing papers are just a little task of a real job and for them its a big challenge.

I generally just ship items here. The service is great, friendly staff, clean store and I'd recommend for shipping or office supplies.

I didn't like that when you use your credit card on a copy machine the hold $5 are you going to get back the difference on your card 24 to 48 hours that should just charge you the price you used

I love the new check-in process and now no more long lines just wait comfortably to be texted when your queue comes up.

Went in to print some documents the girl in the copy department had me out of there in 5 minutes

I use this store for packing supplies for the reason that it's easy in easy out. While the selection is limited for most basic wrapping, packing, and shipping needs its a lot easier than a big box store and less expensive than a shipping store.

Horrible service and exorbitant prices. Clerk made me feel I was an interruption rather than a customer. Last time they'll see me.

This place was dismal this afternoon. No one in sight to assist me, no more Customer Service desk. I'm sorry to see the decline of this store. I've been coming here for the 30 years I've lived in this area, have an account, a card, all that. Today was probably the last.
