The cashier rang an extra item I paid for but didn’t receive! Check your receipts! Also, the registers are very outdated and old. The register wasn’t able to scan my QR code for my rewards.

Great prices, items in stock, great selection of merchandise, friendly customer service, and super-fast check out.

Customer service was very helpful the store was organized. Which is amazing for this time of year school shopping

The only word that comes to my mind, for this store is INCOMPATANT! I guess good help is hard to find.

If h*** had an Office Depot, it would be this one. The self service machines are always broken and therefore you can’t fax. They can’t fax behind the counter? There is a major staff shortage. This store is dirty, dated, and gross. Also has sold me faulty ink that has failed in my HP printer.

Poorly maintained and managed self-service copy area and equipment. Obvious it is not a priority for the staff or company. More like an afterthought.

The website states that the store is open until 8pm, yet upon arrival at the store at 6: 30pm, I found a sign on the door stating that due to staffing issues the store closed at 5: 00pm. Wasted trip.

I needed a new printer and decided to try Office Depot to find one. It wasn’t available the first time I visited but the next time I went in, Bobby Chilson, their associate, spotted me and told me the printer I wanted was in and asked if I still wanted it. I was THRILLED. I was even more thrilled when I got it home and it was easily installed and works like a charm.
How fortunate I was to have Bobby Chilson wait on me. He worked very hard both times I visited to be sure I was a happy customer... And I am!

Awesome team members! They provided the best customer service through last minute changes. Team provided great ethical leadership communicated with one another to resolve issues. You will see me again!
