Office Depot, Miami FL

Always greeted upon entering this Office Depot location by a friendly staff especially the managers Leo and Rene. They eagerly address any issues or concerns as well as the other employees performing their due diligence.

My visit on 8/26/22 was quite routine-purchased a printer ink cartridge-and the environment felt like it needed a change to attract more customers.

A disgrace going in this place, they take 40 minutes with each customer. Copy center department is a disgrace, bad customer service, really slow, and not professional at all. Line always long for make copies or print. Personal very rude.

Clientele appreciates the purchase power of the customer. Store is stocked, or they will get your items for you. No hassle with price matches, coupons, rewards or perks. Ideal customer service. They treat you with respect and assist wholeheartedly. Thank you for making my money go further for the students/community I serve.

The place is great but they need a place for bicycles. I had to leave mine next to a parking sign just because there’s no place on this shopping for bikes.

Amazing staff. Promptly walked me to the item I was looking for and with a great attitude. Same was the cashier, pleased in helping me.

After 10 minutes waiting at the cashier, they found that they don' t have the product. No greetings by the cashier fellow, no wander people are going to Staples.

1 star is to many, employees are very unprofessional
There's no pride out into the work, no one want's to give the upmost customer service.
Everytime I'm there I feel like I'm bothering the employee by asking for help, the one employee that Always went above and beyond has left

I didnt get help from employees to make copys of important papers. Need more employees to assist clients.

I worked with the general manager of the Kendall store off of Kendall Dr and 137th. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. The delivery was also very smooth

Excellent customer service experience. They didn't have what I wanted in stock but associate helped me with a good alternative.

Leo, the manager, was awesome to help me figure out what I needed to find and how to use the self service machine as I was unfamiliar with it. Would definitely come again here.

I was there on Saturday 3/19. I needed to print a really urgent document and the associate helped me right away. Great service and a really kind people.

If you want Quality & Quick copies this is the place. The line goes quick & they no graphics to help enhance your copies! JJ
