When I've needed office or computer related items Office Depot has always had the items that I was there for!

Struggling to fill out forms the girl behind the counter just ignored me. Another employee wish I got his name helped and made my day. Went above and beyond without an attitude. Thank you

Had business made at this location in Brooksville, absolutely horrible quality.
Very Dark and not what we wander them to originally look like the image we uploaded.
Won’t be ordering business cards from there again. They weren’t even cut right at the bottom, Very Disappointed.

I think they have a good store. I have shopped with them for several years. I find they have good deals.

The printing center is a joke. The girl sits and texts as people wait in line! Also finding an employee to ask questions or get help is non existent. This store needs an EMPLOYEE MAKEOVER! The UPS Store is so much better all the way around for prints.

Good luck getting help while shopping here. The staff sometimes can’t bothered. The store seems cluttered at times.

The products and services at this store are far and above my common experience anywhere else selling similar products. The quality is far superior to most other products in the same line and service at this store is far beyond any experience I have had in any other store offering Office related furniture and products.

I wouldn't give it a 1 star. I'm buying a 4 draw file cabinet. A 400.00 desk chair and a 400.00 desk. They will deliver everything assembled except they won't put together the chair. I asked for the floor model chair so I can put in my car. They said no. Over a 800.00 sale they threw away! I'll never patronize the store again.

Customer service was extremely polite professional and understanding to my needs and concerns. Assisted me with forms that I was required to sign and scan back for a position at a company. These were critical and had to be sign and sent/ scan quickly.

I'm still not happy with service when I have to pay for free return label but I understand just call office Depot which was good work job on helping just got to remember you be charge 15 cents for each page but they hold 5 dollars till payment goes thru

Went into your store at 5pm on May 6th I wanted a print made from my phone. Since I am not tech savvy I needed help. I followed the directions they gave me without success. 2 male workers walked away and left me with a female who couldn't help me. 5 people came in after me and they waited on them and ignored me. I tryed to follow directions again without success so iI confronted one of the males who walked away and he said he was waiting on a customer. I told him she came in after me. I feel I was disrespected and ignored. That is not a way to treat someone and if they are not there to help then they don't need to be there at all.maybe more training is needed. I will NEVER step foot in your store again!

Office Depot has inventory in stock and always find what I'm looking for at reasonable prices.
