Clean store. Sales associates generally work very efficiently to accommodate customers. Good to see the shelves starting to get re-stocked after the past couple of years or shortages

Simple and easy! The store is super clean and organized. The staff is extremely helpful and considerate. They helped me print off everything I needed for my cruise and were very personable with us. We found everything we needed easily.

I love this store (Yes I am a nerd at heart). I have always liked this location. The staff has always been kind, friendly, and extremely helpful. I do a lot of paperwork from my home office so this is my go to spot for office supplies, paper and ink. I don't tend to use their services very much, well because I can do most of that from my office. But on January 4th, my printer was and had been missing up for about a week. I working against a major deadline for a client dealing with immigration papers. We walked into Office depo on a hope and a prayer they weren't too busy. Hailey Byrd was working the print side that evening. Later I found out she is the Print and client services supervisor. This woman was an answered prayer. She went above and beyond to help us in the store that day. She made sure every page was printed out correcly and that the passport printed out as clear pictures. Apparently, she had recently helped someone with the same immigration papers and knew exactly how important each page was. That day, Hailey restored my faith in humanity. She showed me that there are still caring people in this world. Thank you Office Depot but most importantly thank you Hailey Byrd.

The staff was extremely discourteous and provided little or no help. And when I DARED to complain I was verbally attacked and I ended up leaving the store. I'm a disabled vet and it sickens me that I served my country only to allow hypersensitive clerk lecture me about their "feelings".

Everybody needs to be careful with this store. Just like others they will steel from your bank and make you the liar. They steel money from unsuspected company. This store needs to close.but they always get away with it.yes, I said it. OFFICE DEPOT in lake city Florida are thieves in the knight. You took my money and you lied to me about it. And that girl she's one too.she gave me a receipt for what I bought, and I did not ask for cash. L. A. P.

Clean store, brightly lit, organized, process quick, helpful staff could have been quicker for my parents. Prices are well you know Office Depot. But all in all a nice store.

I needed help with my printer that i had purchased over a year ago. Me, not being too savvy with electronics, the manager was extremely knowledgeable, friendly helped with everything I needed. Have always been pleased with the service there.

The girl at the fax & print was racist & took her time & spent her own time on the phone when I was the only customer. She then was attended the next customer afterwards not helping me with the right email. When I got upset the guy next in line used abusive language & I was startled & didn’t know what to do, don’t go to this girl who works in morning shift. The manager seemed to be nice but he was told everything was fine by her! He was out of contact that point

When I went into my local Office Depot, an employees asked if I needed assistance. (I have a pinched nerve in my back which makes it painful to walk any distance), so I told them what I needed. They walked to the back of the store and brought it to the Check-Out counter for me, I do appreciate the associate's care and compassion. The staff has always been cheerful and friendly during the eighteen years I have shopped there.

Hailey and Si were incredible. I travelled 35 miles north to Lake City, FL because of the poor service I was getting from my local Gainesville, Fl location. They patiently worked with me to ensure that I had the correct copy and layout for my color print job. This involved making numerous edits to Canva images on my phone and emailing them as proofs.

I went in today to have a small short story book printed in spiral bound written by my 13 year old son. Si worked so hard on it to make it fit the book size. She then spent extra time diligently cutting down the pages and presented me with a beautiful spiral bound copy. She went above and beyond. I am always pleased with the Lake City Office Depot printing department and today with no exception!

Coupon received by from corporate didn't work at store one hour after I received it. Exclusions did not apply to this sale. Came in for two items one was not in stock.

Came when they opened to get a quick copy and laminated done. I was first one in the door, Went directly to the copy service desk. The young lady with no other customers told me to go use the self-service machine. By the time I got back to the front of the line for the lamination my quick job had taken over 45 minutes. Had the young lady at the counter made a copy and done the lamination as I asked, I would’ve been out of there in five minutes
