Marty was a dismissive inattentive body snatched at the counter. Helpless unwilling and absolutely completely useless. Marty and Mark are a couple of you know what. Are they roommates or something. They got a tired set they do at the counter to keep themselves entertained at our expense. If I could minus stars or zero star review those two of course I would.

No variety of products, bad customer service, took forever to checkout. Will never visit again.

Great customer service. The sales associate who rang me up informed me they matched prices from other retailers, so I was able to get a lower price on the printer toner I purchased.

I came here to print CV’s for job hunting and they helped me amazingly well, just with using my flash drive and using resume paper

Later 2 days ago I had realized I had lost my flash drive with all my important job application docs.

I called, came in, and Zach looked everywhere for it. We even went through their flash drive lost and found and tried 15 flash drives that looked like it, one by one, for 30 minutes

I later found it in my shirt pocket. ‍️‍️

Helpful and friendly staff for printing and in store services. Good inventory, I can usually find ink and other needed office/craft supplies.

All of the staff at the store are friendly and very helpful! This is the only place where I make copies in St. Petersburg.

We ordered a large banner for same day printing back in November to support a charity event and Pat did a great job of working with us to ensure it would print just the way we wanted. She truly was helpful. We understood when we were told the banner may not be ready the next day, which was ok (we improvised). We called to check a week later to find out the banner had been partially printed but they ran out of material. We called and stopped by a few more times over the course of the next couple months and got the run around from other employees. I talked to Donna who said (in Feb) she would correct this and I sent an email of the description and what I needed (again) and never got a call or email reply. I’m getting a refund and going somewhere else next time. Thanks for nothing.

Employees are not friendly or helpful. They act as if you're bothering them. I did an online print order to pick up in store. I was sent a message telling me to pick up my order it was complete. I arrived & my order was not complete. It hadn't even been started. I was then told it wasn't going to get done anytime soon. Terrible customer service, definitely felt I was a nuisance to them.

This isn't "my" location. I have one less than a mile from my house, but fortunately, my order got directed to this location. Wiow! Excellent, helpful, extra mile help and service!
