Guy at the print center tonight wasn’t helpful at all and had an attitude. He said the company is going bankrupt and he didn’t want to do his job anymore.

I often come to have my labels printed, and no matter who helps me, the job is excellent. I often work with Chris, but he was away so David took care of my job.
He was knowledgeable and offerered suggestions.
Perfect all the time, I'm glad to come back.

I always go here to enlarge prints or make several copies. Chris Black is a more than exceptional manager and employee. He always takes care of me when I get there. Always in a good mood. I always look forward going there even if it's out of my way and there's one closer I'll still go here cause of the way I'm treated. I appreciate it.

Great service, knowledgeable in printing and easy to work with. Over all, a very pleasurable experience.

Would give 0 stars if able. The print counter associate was terrible. Told me I would have “better luck going to Walgreens” when I questioned the quality of my print for my baby shower sign. Will not use this store for any future business.

Needed a print job for a scientific poster presentation-service was superb. Got it done within an hour-they allowed corrections and adjustments to be made on the fly, ended up with a quality poster. Very pleased.

The service manager gave me a call when my file upload was corrupted, we addressed the issue with the file and the print product came out excellent! Great service; happy Customer!

I have now been on hold for Office Depot (Max) for 25 minutes and "NO ONE HAS ANSWERED" the phone. Is this your idea of running a business and giving customer service? S. Guerin

“Yeah”. Not how May I help you or any similar, generally accepted good practices. Nope. Just a simple yeah.
