Office Depot, Delray Beach FL

Wednesday (July 26) night I tried going on the Office Depot website and tried to download pics that would get processed and that I’d pick up at the Delray Store! It was a very difficult process for me, so I called the store and Maria walked me thru the process and the pics I downloaded were ready by 10 a.m. The next morning! Maria is a true professional with exceptional customer service skills, knowledgeable, friendly and a true asset to the Delray Office Depot! Thank You, Maria!

Corporate office has inept employees who held me on line for more than 37 minutes and could not answer my question and finally disconnected my call.

This is one of the most beautiful Office Depot stores I know, extremely well organized and where all the employees are VERY nice and professional. I used to go to the Office Depot stores on Federal Hwy in Boca Raton and on Federal Hwy in Delray Beach (both closed). This one, on Military Trail in Delray Beach, is a little farther for me, but it is worth the additional time to get there. Great store!

Great customer service and easy to get what I needed for my Holistic Wealth Planning TM practice. Nadia the manager was great. She should get a raise and a promotion.

Request to work with Dale if he’s available. Not only does he go above and beyond with customers, but he’s so incredibly kind, delightful, and joyful. He will undoubtedly assist in making an otherwise mundane errand not so bad.

The Service was expertly completed, and the suggestions from the helpers were great. They planned the job and finished it in 1 day. I was amazed. The prices were good also.

I found what I was looking for very easily. The clerk at the front that checked me out, was very kind and courteous.

I just encountered Daniel in the state today at approx 530pm. I was there to purchase 10 printers and hecwas extremely rude and refused to help me. I was not even able to get anything from him but yelled at as he stated another MaN would help me. He was not doing anything. Then from another aisle he refused to help my.other who is a senior. Not knowing we we were together. Just rude and disrespectful twice. I spend a lot of money and Daniel needs yo be retrained or fired.

I was having trouble finding a monitor and Randy stepped up to help me and took me right to check-out while also making sure I got the best price. Thanks Randy!
