Office Depot, Orlando FL

I stopped by there yesterday and I walk in and ask the cashier if they had small paint brushes. He refused to answer my question until I put in my mask. I put on my mask so he’d answer my question, but I’ll never be back to buy anything again. I never forget when people are rude and nasty to me. Put on a the mask before I’ll answer your question? Wow!

Awful service, rude workers, slow and the AC was not working. I waited 45 minutes to be told that they charge a premium to print if you email them your document. Went to staples instead and had fast and affordable printing with the AC working

Although I don't come here too often as I am a one woman office, when I do I find everything I need and I'm in and out fast. No issues

Incompitent staff, i been coming here over a year now because of the convenience pf doing all your office needs here.all of the sudden they can print me an ID. Excuse they gave was cooperate doesn’t let them. This store just Lost my business and my company’s business for ever. Time to go to staples.

I spent 45 minutes here trying to print from my laptop only to have the print specialist tell me that she didn’t know how to do it. I left hearing about how she was gone for 3 days and nobody did their job while she was gone and without the documents I needed printed. I ended up going to the parcel shop next to Publix and was out in 5 minutes. Apparently people in my situation represent the bulk of his customers.

Customer service very shotty. The only reason I’m giving them even 3 stars is because it only took 4 hours to print my project. That’s only if you have ALOT of time to burn waiting for them to to actually give it to you.

Print Center takes forever. The woman behind the counter is very helpful & friendly but I didn’t understand, a man was also behind the counter & didn’t jump in to help when there was a line which made everyone’s experience extremely long. They should staff up especially on the weekends because this isn’t the first or second time with the same experience.

I went up to get a laminated sheet and it was an hour before closing and there were maybe two people in the store and Martha said to come back tomorrow because she did not feel like it. Extremely unprofessional.

It took a while to get waited on but then a lady behind the fax counter was very helpful and very pleasant to talk to and got the job done.

Good store. Good service. Good selection. Wouldn't take my PC's, mobiles, etc, there to be fixed though. I don't have much faith in their abilities in this regard.

I call ahead of time because I was headed there hoping I can save some time. I had asked how long the diagnostic tests would take. The lady put me on hold to try to get a hold of the tech guy. She couldn't reach me she informed me but said if I wait a little bit he'd pick up the phone. Luis never came to the phone and I drove there still on hold. She calls for Luis over their mic and he doesn't respond and it wasn't only until she spotted him that I knew he even existed. He was with a customer so I decided to wait by him and then he disappeared again. Very unusual from a Office Depot would rather go to the one on OBT and sandlake

Print and copy very slow! Please don't waist your time. Only one person working. The worst customer experience ever!

They put things on clearance sale and then when I get to the checkout my items suddenly are not clearance items.

Just going downhill quick. Long waits at both checkout and at the print area. Been there twice in the last two months and heard staff arguing. Manager is very friendly. But takes staff at side is yells at them rudely. I would have quit on the spot!

Surprisingly big location. Print shop was quick and much cheaper than other stores in the area.

Have been there in along time but they had a great sale on school supplies. The was a worker there named Oliver he was every helpful

Good people and very clean. Spanish woman at counter is an idiot but like the location and store.

Terrible Copy and Print service! At all other Office Depots around me you can simply hop online to your email and print your file, here you have to email the file to office depot email. This was really not cool for me since I was printing my 2014 tax return with all of my personal info! Also they are way understaffed and the staff was less than concerned about the customers waiting in line. I have never had worse service anywhere!
