Office Depot Print & Copy Services, Jacksonville FL

I rarely go to office depot for anything other than supplies. This time I needed service help and after being unable to get assistance, I left empty-handed.

Glad that particular store is still open. Everything on either side has been torn down. It saved me time trying to find the next nearest store.

Employees are very helpful and go the extra mile in assisting you. They have given me new ideas to complete my projects.
The Print & Copy employees are the best.

Easiest copying I've ever done! I love the fact that you can email it and pull it up on the printer without having to interact with anybody if you don't want to!

Great selection of pens, markers and art supplies! Huge place, very wide isles for when you wanna grab the Shaq size desk chair and get it to the checkout. Very friendly staff and very helpful when you want something specific.

Daniella was the greatest! From beginning to end she was so patient & helpfully, the line was long, but she helped each & every customer with the most pleasant attitude! Without her i would have just went home & had someone else do it! She was just great!

Customer service is extremely poor. Employees observed customers standing in line for Copy Counter service but offered the single employee working at the counter no assistance. One employee even came over to have that employee cut some sale signs for her. In store work can be achieved after waiting Customers are cared for. Management may need to increase training in Customer Care. Patronizing establishment that ignore the Customer or even acknowledging them is crucial for saving this economic time in our Country. Kudos to the Young Lady working at the Print desk. You are awesome. I am sorry that I did not get your name. I waited in line for 30 minutes to pick up a print order.

I like Office Depot, it is a very nice and helpful place. Today it was very busy, only one person to wait and a long line.

The staff was so helpful. Im new to the area so I will be back. Looks like they need more in the copy area. Hope a manager is reading this post.

First off, I waited 20 mins curbside, then had to go in, they didn't have my order ready when, the email said that I could pick my order up. Secondly, the copies, are dark and don't for the page properly.

I was charged an incorrect price at the register. I noticed it before we left the store. The associate gave me a credit right then. I just wonder how many times a wrong price is charged and it goes unnoticed.

Like, a ghost town. When finally, able to ask the location of something she just pointed to the other side of the, store. Not a very clean looking Office Depot

We were greated by Michael Fey who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He answered all questions resulting in our purchasing a new lap top. Outstounding customer service.
