I can’t say enough good things about Juan and his customer service which is very hard to find. First of all he got me in right away for a full interior detail, shampoo and all as I was trying to get it done before a road trip. I have an older car and it had never been detailed before and they left it looking brand new. The only issue was some product was left over on my stereo and stained it so he went and purchased me a brand new stereo to make it right! I have never experienced a company so willing to go above and beyond for a customer resolution. If you want your car looking brand new for a good price and you want to leave your car with a company you can trust than got with Juan and his team!

They came out to my house to clean the car right in my driveway. They worked hard and the results show that. I had cat pee in my car and needed the seat to be shampooed to get the smell out. They cleaned the whole car and it looks beautiful. But most impressive, the smell is gone. It smells amazing now! Would highly recommend.

I am very satisfied with the service I received from Official Mobile Detailing! I had a horrible Odor in my Newly purchased vehicle that the dealership was not helping me mitigate. So I called this vehicle detailing service and my vehicle now smells like it should. I highly recommend this service!

This was my first time using any mobile detailing, and being unfamiliar with what to expect, I communicated with Juan about the areas of concern and which package to suit the concerns I had about my SUV.
The team that came to work on my vehicle arrived late and did not do as good a job as I expected, as well as leaving my vehicle's trash on my lawn. They did a fantastic job at vacuuming the interior and wiping down the interior, but the exterior of the vehicle had streaks and spots, as well as the dust on the trim remained. If that had been the end of the story, this review would have been 1 star.
I called Juan and he immediately offered to come out the next day to make it right, as the owner. He showed up early the next morning and took care of the specific issues that had not been addressed with my car, as well as educating me on other alternatives to get the trim back to new and maintenance options for going forward.
Juan apologized for my unmet expectations by his team and corrected them. To me, that says a lot about the professionalism and reputation of a small business owner, which is why this review is 4 stars instead of 1.
I would gladly utilize his company again in the future, just based on his dedication to making certain that his customers are satisfied with the work done by his company.

All seemed good the first couple of times I went. I later found out they were using a cleaning chemical that ruined the paint on my car! Do not go unless you have a couple grand to spend on a new paint job
