I wish I could give zero stars for the incredibly disappointing experience I've had with this seller.
I ordered a sofa through Walmart, and the level of service I have received is abysmal. Despite the seller's initial promise to resolve the delay within 24 hours, I was left without updates or solutions. Even after reaching out to Walmart customer care for assistance, the seller remained unresponsive, blatantly ignoring the extended 48-hour window advised by Walmart.

The lack of communication and failure to meet promised deadlines is disheartening. As a customer, I expected a basic level of professionalism that has been sorely lacking in this transaction. To add to the frustration, the product is now available at a significantly higher price, suggesting a deliberate delay to exploit the price difference.

Left with no choice, I had to request the cancellation of my order after waiting for more than 10 days from the promised delivery date. This seller's disregard for customer satisfaction, coupled with what appears to be unethical business practices, has left me deeply unsatisfied.

I strongly caution potential buyers against dealing with a business that not only falls short of acceptable service standards but also seems to engage in intentional price manipulation.

Buyers beware: Unreliable, unresponsive, and potentially engaging in unethical practices.

The ordering was easy and the bed came right away. I took it out of the box, put the casters on in just a few minutes, and it was ready to go. I slept on it last night and slept comfortably. This morning I folded it up and rolled it out of the way very easily. I am very happy with the service and the product and definitely would do business with OJCommerce in the future. Thank you!

DO NOT SHOP HERE! We purchased a king size bed through Amazon from this merchant. The boxes were delivered completely ripped open on 2 sides and the bed frame was damaged. OJ Commerce advised me to send photos of the damaged box and damaged product. I emailed them the photos and sent the photos through Amazon. OJ Commerce continued to say they either didn’t receive the photos or they were corrupted. I called their cust service number and spoke to a rep and emailed her directly the photos. She agreed the product was damaged and agreed that the boxes were damaged. However, OJ Commerce still continued to say the photos were corrupted even after I told them their cust rep verified the damage. Point is this company has unethical return practices. They lie to get around paying for shipping and refunding your money. I will never buy from this company again. If I could give less than 1 star I would. Amazon should check out their merchants before sponsoring them. Shame on you Amazon!

I was looking for the lattice back swivel chairs i saw at Home Goods for $130.00 per chair. I tried to look on Walmart and other home goods websites but could not find them for a cheeper price. Walmart had them a week prior for $103 per chair with free shipping but i waited to see if they would come down more and they did not. The next week not only did walmarts price jump but the shipping tacked on brought the total for the 2 chairs to almost $300.00 This irritated me so i looked up the chairs with free shipping OJ COmmerce was the first site that came up. I got super excited and order the chairs right away at $104 per chair with FREE shipping. ($1 more per chair then walmart) I was so happy i didnt have to pay shipping i ordered them on the spot. I did no research on the company. Fearing the worst after my order was placed.i read through OJs reviews and found some not so good things. I saw that items came late or not at all or damaged or missing parts. UGH.so i crossed my fingers and hoped for the best i already had them ordered. The chairs arrived today, the box was a little smooshed (normal box beat up for shipping to Minnesota from California) but the chairs were absolutely fine not one blemish! They had ALL the parts with a few extra washers just in case. I am truly impressed. I needed to come on and place my GOOD review as i saw so many bad ones. The chairs are beautiful and are exactly what the picture said. Shipping did delay by 1 day but DID make it by the origianl shipping date given to my by fedex's tracking app! I will be back! THANK YOU

Ordered a split king adjustable base. The day it was supposed to arrive I got an email saying a delay in delivery. They said 3 to 5 days. Three days go by and they tell me again 3-5 days and it will ship. I get an email from Home Depot, where I ordered it through, saying it was shipped. That afternoon I get a call from OJcommerce telling me that there is a delay and I have to wait 3-5 days for it to be sent.
This company doesn't have a trustworthy shipping process. They keep making you wait and not get your products. Be cautious of the delay trap!

Order since Oct 29 and they created a label, they tell me they have it in stock but can't get it out to the carrier.
Pay the carrier to pick it up for you of your team can not get it out to them.

Update 11/13/2023: Still nothing, still not shipped, they create labels for items they don't have!

Great online purchase experience! I shopped around, found the best deal at OJCommerce. I discovered that they also sell through the Walmart online store, so I had some confidence in them. Our accent chair showed up early and it great condition. I'm very happy with this purchase.

The cage is beautifully made and arrived well-packaged and without a single dent! I was able to put it together in less than two hours. The only part the instructions don't cover is how the latches go on, so keep a picture handy to go by. I chose this cage because of the well-thought-out doors, and play top. Even without installing the skirt, my bird makes way less of a mess eating in this cage because of the solid metal doors that catch most of the cast-off. I also wanted a cage with color, and the green ties in niceley with our purple, blue, and green room. Though it is the perfect size for the small room we needed it for, I would say that this cage is too small for even a medium sized parrot to live in full time. I got is as a second cage for our overly-friendly ecclectus to hang out in/on for a couple hours a day to be safely closer to the family during the evenings and it's perfect for that.

Unfortunately the sofa bed was a short last, my 4 year old granddaughter jumped on it a good 3 times and the small portion of wood which supports one of the legs broke, the price was very cheap that’s the pro but overall it’s not a good buy if you children

First the description was 4 chairs I received 2 and they were damaged. I've tried to 3 different people sent photos to 2 of them.
I'm wondering if I'll ever get my refund.

We ordered 4 rustic pine western bar stools and the arrived in perfect condition and they are fantastic. The bucking horse on the back is perfect they are comfortable and the swivel is great. Great workmanship great customer service. I would buy from here again. Thank you

Just got off the phone with customer service. The pull out couch we purchased sheard off at the screws inside and the pull out section is unusable. Their response, nothing we can do after 90 days. Buyer beware!

Looks nice and rides nice. Easily gets up to 15-16mph with a 200lb rider.

Will make it up hills easy around 10mph with a minimal effort kick assist. Hills will bring you to a slow 1-3mph speed or even stall without a little kick assist.

Headlight and taillight are nice safety features. The headlight is not extremely bright; I added my own with a built in horn.

Have not done a distance test with full battery. However, 15 minutes of riding brought the battery from 4 full bars down to 3 bars.
