Okeechobee Dodge Chrysler Jeep

We drove two hours to Okeechobee to purchase our Jeep Gladiator…and are so happy we did! We had such a positive experience with the entire team there. They came through on all fronts including price, and made the car buying process simple. From our first call with Andrew who responded promptly and was straightforward, everyone was great to work with. Our salesperson Dalila was so sweet and got it done! The finance manager Abel was knowledgeable and easy to work. GM Kevin, and manager Kyle also terrific. Thank you all…we are psyched about our new Jeep!

Made appointment easily, the service representative I dealt with, was very courteous and friendly. Delivered my vehicle for appointment. As soon as I walked out the door, I received a text that told me to call or text that phone number with any questions. I was told I would be hearing from them but I never did I came back in they're closing time, and the vehicle had not been repaired. Leaky rear window, the problem was not identified. I texted numerous times during the day, but was never responded to very nice people to deal with but nothing happened so it's just an average visit.

Had 2 dealings: New car sales - Keith Ridings - great job of getting me interested in a new vehicle although I am not quite ready to commit, but will in the near future.
2nd: Service - Cheryl also did a great job of making me feel comfortable with the Okeechobee DCJR service department.

I bought a new jeep wrangler. I also bought the extra warranty
I've been waiting them to fix my key fob. It's been 3 weeks and still not fixed. Not happy with their service department

I purchased the service agreement when I bought my car from this dealership. I am so glad I did. I never have a problem getting my car in for needed service. The technicians are polite and competent from what I can tell.

Terrible quality of service I didn’t receive a phone call back when told I would get a call back to update on service from vehicle. My car was infested with fire ants when returned to my possession due to them parking it in ant pile over the period of time they had it. I was also dirty sealed and lied to when purchasing vehicle from dealership
