Over priced items that are good quality but can be found in local stores for much less. Staff was very rude upon entering store. Need to take some classes in southern hospitality.

Stopped by this store over the weekend. Nice selection of merchandise. So sad the customer service was wasn't even close to acceptable. So much so, I changed my mind and decided not to purchase items I had picked out. Such a disappointment.

Love the store. Don't like the traffic and the amount of people standing around that work there. Makes for a crowded store. Won't let but a few people in at a time but have 20 employees standing inside.why?

So extremely overbearing and rude. Physically touched my children and shooed them out of store. My brother spent $130, my sister spent $100. My husband I were trying to find the ON shoes we both wanted and probably would have spent $500. After that incident with our kids because THEY weren’t purchasing anything. We walked out. Will GLADLY spend my money elsewhere.

We had a quick trip to 30a this weekend. I was blown away by the careful, proactive practices at the shop. We had amazing service. We were very impressed by the forward thinking, safe practices by the staff. Thank y’all!

Bought a Neso tent here, when I put it together at the beach the fabric was ripped. Brought it to the store, they exchanged it immediately no questions asked. They didn’t even wanted me to show them the receipt. Really nice people. I highly recommend them!

I really like this store, always find good quality clothes here. Have purchased items for both myself and as gifts here, so it's definitely a go-to place for me whenever I'm in need. Staff is always friendly. It's a great place for people looking for more than the typical touristy trinkets.

Notes on current situation during pandemic: masks required. Max-capacity is present and enforced (seems to be like 10-12 people, including staff). Cannot currently try on clothes. Quality clothes and shoes still available, but sizes not all sizes for many items (at least the ones I was looking at) - not sure if this is just bc of the season, or problem with the manufactures, or a combination of the two, which seems probable. Still have the fishing gear in the back, and an employee there to help.

The store and clothing were very good quality, and we are happy about our purchase. Although, one female employee working in the store was quite rude to me asking me to leave the store so that they could allow more people in the store because of the virus and restrictions. All in all, i felt unnecessarily pushed out of the store, even while trying to give the store business.

Brian Jones was so helpful and so nice. He made us want to buy out the store! Great selection and a fun atmosphere!

I visited Seaside this fall with no knowledge of surf fishing in the area. Brian shared great local knowledge and put me right on fish. Highly recommend Old Florida Outfitters if you plan on fishing near Watercolor/Seaside
