Old Navy, Ocala FL

Old Navy needs to chill on their prices. Having a GAP card used to be awesome for deals and sales and now it's basically worthless. We used to save so much money and we just don't anymore, I don't think it's worth it to keep the Gap card. Also the employees at this store are not very helpful and are straight up rude, not great in a customer service based job.

Bought a bunch of T-shirts here thinking it was a great deal till I washed them, tried to return them and the response was" that's normal " so yeh, not great quality

Went shopping for some dress slacks which nobody has anymore, Old Navy had quite a selection in my size which is unusual very friendly staff. Nice selection of clothes good deals highly recommend shopping here.

When to old navy very upset because cashier didn't give me 2 items I brought need to pay more attention

I just couldnt find the Jean's I needed as they were on sale. So, I got the same size again.

I use to love old Navy years ago now there clothes are ugly and look like grandma clothes no Thanks.

It’s a convenient location with plenty of parking. The store is easily visible once in the shopping center. The store seemed a bit picked over, but it is a Sunday afternoon and there were plenty of people shopping. The staff were helpful and suggested that I special order the item I was looking for and they will ship it straight to my house. I loved the fall flannel shirts.
