Great store to find unique items for your home, apartment, she shed or man cave. Place is quite big, as square footage goes, so they have plenty of quality stock and a lot of variety. It's a good alternative to other big box stores.
Checkout was quick mostly because there's a lot less people here.
Plenty of parking at this shopping plaza right in front of the store.

Loved this store. I was searching all over palm bay and melbourne for outdoor cushions when a lady told me about this store. They had such a huge selection it was hard to choose from. Looking fwd to coming back for more housing stuff.

Tina was so amazing and so helpful! She is such a hard worker and really cares about the customers!

Great place to spend a few hours. I went for a fall garden flag. They had a large selection at a good price. Lots of Christmas stuff out so I added a Christmas flag. So many things to choose from.

I got some great deals on a large amount of items and had a pleasant experience. I ended up coming back to return just a few of the items as they weren’t the right size I needed. Tina, the employee who helped me with my return today, was just downright verbally abusive. I could not believe how mean she was being to me while I was nothing but polite. I understand how hard it is to work in low paying retail/customer service jobs, as I have for many many years. However, I was never allowed to treat customers like dirt for any reason. This is also why as a customer, I am always extremely friendly to all workers everywhere. I was not surprised to see another review about this woman on here. I actually will never go back out of fear of having to deal with her abusive intimidation again. It’s such a shame because the store has great deals. My return was processed successfully so Tina’s issue wasn’t with me, but she clearly hates her job and the general public so much that she really should find a new field of work anywhere away from people.

*edited to add she jerked and slammed the items around on the desk huffing and puffing because I didn’t know where to put them because the only time she spoke to me was to literally scream at me to get my card ready…amongst other aggressive unnecessary comments. I hope she gets the help that she needs because she is not mentally stable.

Dog friendly (or at least they didn’t kick us out!) and lots of cool home stuff for great prices.

This place used to have decent prices now it's off the charts bails outlet and anywhere else is cheaper! Plus their head cashier is mean as dirt! That place is gone way downhill!

The prices are excellent and they have a great selection. The downside is that they have no delivery options and it's really difficult to get help.

It's all about gardening ; pottery ; ground effigies; creative hardware. Once upon time > very affordable not anymore.

High Prices and Failed to Honor Return Twice. BEWARE!
I bought three items. Two of the 3 I then found for much lower prices at Tuesday Morning and COSTCO. But twice now Old Time Pottery failed to honor their return policy! Yesterday they said that their credit card machine was down. Obviously they should have just refunded in cash because their system was down but they only offered a store voucher.
Old Time Pottery has wasted my time repeatedly and they still owe me returns.

Maybe because of Covid, maybe late for Christmas, lines were so slow I left, found prices very high!

New to the area. Love this store and the prices. You can find seasonal item's to bedding, kitchen item's ans gardening. Most at great prices.
We had the friendliest cashier named Janice, great customer service will keep me coming back!
