If you want excellence with true artisans, sign in with Old Town. From the initial phone call to the final thank you, my job was smooth and professional. The work completed was not simple. Hurricane Ian disrupted stones in my courtyard around a pool. The stones needed to be pulled, kept in order and somehow replaced. There were multiple angles. Everyday I continue to marvel at the magic performed by Old Town.

We had non slip marble pads laid over our concrete lanai. It is beautiful, clean lines, smooth and perfect. The team did a great job. They were polite, knew what they were doing. He and his crew constructed a beautiful marble hard scape in our lanai and around our pool. The quality of workmanship was exceptional. The attention to detail was impeccable. Andre is an honest business owner. He provides you with a detailed contract of all the work that his team is going to provide. His men removed my old pavers and replaced them with shell stones. Some of the cuts were very difficult and they all came out perfect. All of his men are excellent craftsmen. His pricing is very competitive. Before I hired Old Town Pavers, I interviewed five other paver companies and I selected Old Town Pavers and I'm glad I did. They earned their a strong 5 Star from me. Me and the team we hired Andres from our new park with large numbers of square footage of Pavers and remaining wall, Andres did a excellent work with his crew. Andres was working hand to hand with the engineer and all the staff. Lax management. Also, mgmt and some crew exhibiting disrespect to customer, inexperience showing in some areas of work and a sloppy mess left behind for homeowners. Issues with paver quality which was not addressed by mgmt with supplier. Issues with concrete finishing. Promised perfection in the sales pitch, but didn’t come close. Glad that some reviewers received what they felt was good work, but not always the case apparently.

Andres and his crew were really terrific. They extended my patio and and installed an outside faucet. Really easy to work with, and his crew cares as much as he does. The worst part of the project was having to wait for the pavers to be manufactured. Of course this was by no fault of Andres, so get your project ordered early.

Old Town Pavers did a phenomenal job in repairing our paver pool deck. They removed all the pavers, added sand, replaced them, corrected all the unevenness which was pretty awful, and then power washed and sealed the pavers. They also sealed the driveway, courtyard, and walkways. It was a truly professional job from start to finish. They removed our potted trees and plants around the pool and the courtyard, and after they were finished, they put them all back. Not one paver nor plant nor tree was damaged! Overall an excellent job!
