It used to be a nice place for mountain biking. Now. It feels like the State of Florida has abandoned it. It's a shame.

Kayaking thru mangroves was a great experience. Reasonably priced.
Also bike paths and rentals, sandy Beach, picnic areas.

I just came for kayaking but I was surprised to see how much space this park had. It’s a hidden gem. Only recommendation would be to streamline the check in and check out process for kayaking. Too much up and down the stairs

Best and easiest way to get out on the water and see dolphins from a kayak if you don’t own your own. Kayak that is, not dolphins. I hope no one reading this owns a dolphin. Anyway, highly recommend this park.

Multi activity nature center with rentals of bicycles, canoes, kayaks and I think padleboards.

Good place to share with friends and family, you have the oportunity to rent equipments to navigate in the beach and others thinks.

Yikes! Older lady taking park admision in the front, is not someone who should work as a cashier or in service. Ruined the vibe. Didn't even bother walking the planned trail. I'll try again another day.

Beautiful state park for so many activities like biking, kayaking, picnics, etc.very clean and well kept. There is a nice beach area to relax, plenty of gazebos and tables to enjoy, clean restroom facilities and plenty of parking, it does get very full on the weekends and if you don’t arrive early they may not let you in due to the park being at capacity.

Oleta brings me so much nostalgia I recently visited after about 14 years! I took my oldest son and I couldn't help but be obsessed all over. The park is so clean, beautiful and well maintained. They have fun activities, side walks for walkers skaters bike riders and etc.

I love it! A river that turns into a beach. You get soaked in the river and then in the ocean. What else can you ask for? This place gets full, quickly. There's camping and it's FUN My kid loved it! Make sure to get mosquito repellent, a must.

This is definitely my highlight to a Miami vacation! This was a beautiful park! Great for family’s or just couples! The beach was clean and the water was calm and clear! Prefer this over Miami Beach anyway!

Hellooooo!
Guess what I did this morning? I went back to my FAVORITE Oleta River State Park!

I went back all by myself!

After losing my husband and our marriage of 29 years, I am finding needed peace on the River.

I have a new love now; Kayaking.

This state park is well maintained and SAFE.

This morning I took in some beautiful pics to share.

I am happy!
