Olive Garden Italian Restaurant, Winter Haven FL

Not as busy as I expected for Valentine's day. The menu has paired down, but all the popular items are still available. Our server was on point. My daughter's birthday also happens to be today, and the staff were very accommodating with birthday wishes, song, and an ice cream sundae.

Usually, the food is very good and so is the service, but this time around they must have been having an off day. Food wasn't up to par and the waitress payed little attention to me while flirting with my husband. Not a good experience this time around

We had the BEST waitress and she made our night out so great! I’m thinking her name was Kendra but not positive.but I know she sings! Also we had a slight glitch with our order but the Manager more than made it right! And the food is always superb!

Best dinner and service ever! Our waitress was very attentive to our needs and the manager was awesome. We had reservations for 5pm and our table was ready for us. No waiting. Hugh portions too.

First of all I ordered take out, so I arrived at the restaurant to pickup my order only to realize I went to outback by mistake. Lol I had asiago tortillini with braised beef in a Basil marsala sauce that is to die for. Tried a new appetizer with pasta chips and meat sauce which was soggy but good.

I'll continue to order from this location due to convenience. The last 2 out of 3 orders were missing the Alfredo sauce on one of our dinners. And we had requested extra sauce and ended with none at all. The staff are all polite and try to be efficient.

Favorite go-to & to-go! Soup and salad! Try the Maker's Cherry Coke - if you don't have to go back to work!

The place was empty yet the service was so slow. They took forever to bring out the food, server never once’s checked on us. And we had to wait a while to even get the check and once again it was slow.

Shrimp scampi (lunch portion) excellent & salad ore poo are just as I wanted. Sean attentive server

Was not a very good night first we get there and the bathrooms were backed up so my son's girlfriend and my 1 granddaughter had to walk to 3 different stores in the area before they found 1 working meanwhile it started pouring rain so they were socked. Then the food came and they forgot mine.

I've eaten here a few times with no issues. Servers are cooperative and even on busy weekends you will get your food on time. Wow

Absolutely amazing. The service was great, the food was delicious and delivered quickly. Despite it being super busy during the 6: 00pm dinner rush in Friday evening.

Went with my family the other day and I don’t know what has happened to the Olive Garden in winter haven. There wasn’t that many people there and we ended up waiting so long for our bread sticks and salad. Not to mention the refills took forever too. The area where we were sitting was so dusty. Seems like they hadn’t clean it a while. The Olive Garden is my husband’s favorite place but I will not be going to the one in winter haven anytime soon.

I love the atmosphere and how the waitresses know about each dish and can assist you with any questions you have also food came out nice and hot.

About the only thing italian are the photos on the walls. I knew it was going to be horrible but I was visiting my mother and this is where she wanted to go. Service was very good and it's nice you can pay at the table, but the quality of food was amazingly bad.

The waiter we had was very funny and personable. It makes for an enjoyable dining experience when the employees are easy to interact with. The food was delicious and their buy one take one home is an awesome deal.

Olive Garden is my favorite.

For this particular location we had a good server that remembered everything and was quick.

They cooked my wife something that wasn't on the menu and she was very pleased with it.

Food was great.

Buy one take one deal is good, though the meal cost $30+, it fed us for a couple of meals due to the deal.

We go when we are in the mood for making a meal of their soup and salad. We find a lot of their entrees a bit too heavy on carbs.
