Drinks at the bar are outrageous. 58.00 for an old fashion and lemon drop martini. Service was very slow. Waited 40 minutes for a table, only got service at the bar once. Damian was a great waiter and very attentive. Burger and a salad was $60, it was good. There are many other places to spend your money. I understand they have only been open a short time, but management and staffing needs addressed. Lifetime Diamond member.

We stopped here out of necessity as we missed out water taxi and had about an hour and a half for a family of 5 w/ a baby to get dinner and back to the dock to catch our ride home. We saw this gorgeous rooftop restaurant and it was by far the closest option. Catrina was awesome and helped expedite our order and we were out the door with plenty of time to spare. She also recommended the beef kibbeh pizza, and it was very Soooo good. The hummus was also special. Awesome atmosphere as well. Not the cheapest place in town but it was high quality and we all walked out happy and full.

We visited Olive & Sea on Saturday night. We had a reservation so were promptly seated. What a fabulous experience, my favorite Pinot Noir was on the menu, Rachel was our server and was so kind. We had the tasting table menu which I highly recommend. Everything was absolutely delicious, I felt like I was dining in the Mediterranean as this is standard eating there and they get it right. The swordfish skewers are a new favorite. Looking forward to my next dining experience with Olive & Sea!

This is an extraordinary restaurant. We were under time pressure and had excellent, friendly, fast service (server Catrina). The atmosphere is special— modern decor overlooking the intracoastal waterway with a nice outdoor seating area. Every item was seasoned well, cooked properly, and very tasty. Here are the items ordered at our table: hummus, tabouleh, kibbeh pizza (very unusual and a table favorite), lamb skewer, schwarma (beef tenderloin) skewer, chicken skewer, Greek salad (delicious dressing, fresh vegetables).

I believe this place deserves a better rate!
Food was fresh, service was good! Atmosphere inside is very nice, chill and not too loud!
Will come back here for sure

Visiting here was a unique experience from the vibes to the menu- I would definitely come here again. Loved the atmosphere and decor style. The flatbread pizza and hummus were fantastic. My server must have been busy and wasn’t the most attentive but otherwise I enjoyed this place and would return if ever in the area again.

I discovered this beautiful oasis while passing through Fort Lauderdale. The food, ambiance, as well as the overall dining experience was absolutely divine. What stood out from everything else however was my server, Maria. She embodied the heart of a servant as well as a heart of gold. Her knowledge, warmth, and guidance throughout my experience shall lead me to being a regular for years to come

Only restuarant/bar at the hotel. Very busy, not a bad thing.

Great view. Limited menu.

Nice staff but they seemed overwhelmed and/or unorganized about who was handling which tables.

Based on my perception of social media marketing and some online reviews, I expected Olive & Sea to be very upscale and a nice place for a dinner date. Upon arriving for 7: 30pm reservations, our table for 2 was not immediately ready, and we were asked to wait at the bar, which we were happy to oblige. As soon as we ordered a drink, we were advised that our table was ready and that our drinks would be brought there. As soon as we sat at our table, another waitstaff member abruptly approached us and basically yelled at us for taking our seats. She apparently was waiting on that table for 2 other patrons to sit. (I suppose there was some type of misunderstanding between the hostess and waitstaff) notheless, we were moved to a different table (booth along the wall) with very uncomfortable low seating. Despite this setback, we made the best of our dinner and truly enjoyed some great food, which made up for the poor initial reception. The restaurant catered to all kinds of people, from very casual to very dressed up, which is great, but not what I had in mind. Bottom line, good food and drinks (small menu), good ambiance, ok service.

We had Meyann as our server and she was awesome. The manager also came over and greeted us. We had a great experience and will definitely return. The food was delicious. Definitely recommend the shrimp pizza.

Great restaurant serving Greek and Turkish themed food and drinks. Gorgeous restaurant and friendly staff and the food was delicious. We chose the family serving so we care share and taste many of the popular menu items together. The height of the restaurant provides stunning views of the area though there is a lot of construction taking place. It will be even more impressive when the construction is finished.

This restaurant is strategically located overlooking the water on the second floor. The view is amazing. It is very easy to find the restaurant, and they offer valet parking. We had our reservation for four people. We were greeted by the hostess with a warm smile, and proceeded to seat at our table. Our waitress, Mai, was great except toward the end. She was very attentive, yet not intrusive. We like to order many dishes to try them out and get the full experience of the restaurant, so there were some winners, and some absolute losers. What I do have an issue is that half way through the meal, I had issues with 4 of the dishes thus far and coincidently the manager had approached our table to ask how things were. I explained to him in details the issues I had with the dishes and he said “I’ll check on them”. He never came back. He never offer to re do any of the dishes, and we were charged for all the dishes, even the ones we did not eat due to issues. Beware of their customer service. Now onto the food. 3 dip appetizer with hummus, eggplant, and tzatziki. The bread that it comes with is perfect and fresh. The hummus tasted great. The eggplant dip was bland. The tzatziki had huge chunks of cucumber so I could taste was cucumber, nothing else. Not a fan. The Greek salad was 80% bell peppers, it did not taste of any lemon, Kalamata olives or oregano. It had maybe 3 tiny crumbles of feta and it was also bland. The grilled octopus was perfectly cooked and seasoned, a true winner here. The smoked duck pizza was amazing, strong smoked flavor, the dough is the real winner here, perfection. The filet mignon skewer was perfectly cooked medium rare and the lamb meatball skewer was perfectly seasoned with a strong lamb flavor. The chicken schnitzel was burnt and inedible and came with za’atar fries which didn’t have any za’atar on them. I specifically told my server we could t eat the chicken because the breading was burnt and bitter, she did NOTHING about it. For drinks: the Mexican mule was good. The aperol spritz was unbalanced (mainly tasted like pure aperol) and the hibiscus refresher was actually fantastic.
Given the quality of the food, i consider the price point is high.the menu descriptions are fantastic but unfortunately the flavors do not live up to those standards.it is a great place to have a drink with a view.i do not recommend olive & sea for dinner, and i would not return given my experience there last night.

Great water views. The place is nice and well decorated. The service at the table was slow, so we moved to the bar area. Lucky for us, we met a couple from Houston selling his yacht at the boat show and paid our food and drinks.

Not your typical buffet. They offer plenty of unique and healthy options to choose from. There were a couple of separate stations, similar to what I would expect at a boutique resort. As for pancake lovers, my husband always rates the pancakes and he gave them a 10 out of 10. Good service. Very pleased with everything

Meh. Food was ok. Atmosphere was pretty cool. Staff was totally untrained and would rather talk to you than serve you. Drinks and water not being filled, etc. Most important is that the food wasn't great. Not bad either. But there's better and cheaper that is easy to find.

Food was amazing! We had the snapper and filet. Both were delicious. Our waitress, Elizabeth, was excellent. The service was great!

Ate at the restaurant while staying at the Hilton for two nights. Had the smoke duck pizza the first night and the mozzarella and halloumi pizza the second night. Both were awesome. Best flatbread pizza I’ve ever had hands down. Leah and Erika are amazing waitresses. Both were very attentive. Great job ladies and appreciate the great service.

If you come to the restaurant and want to eat at a table inside you’ll need to make a reservation or be prepared for a long wait. If you’re just wanting to sit outside on the deck and grab a pizza or one of their spreads and a drink just let them know at the door.

Restaurant has great views of the harbor and skyline.
