I have purchased several pairs of prescription sunglasses and eyeglasses over the years from Oliver Peoples. During a recent trip to Miami, I noticed that a pair of prescription sunglasses were a bit loose and needed to be adjusted. Maggie was so kind and helpful. She managed to fix everything right away and offered to help out with any other issues I had. Fantastic customer service, probably the best customer service I have ever received from any Oliver Peoples employee. THANK YOU MAGGIE!

I had an awesome experience with Maggie. I came in because I needed a pair of frames that was gifted to me adjusted. Although I didn’t purchase it from this location she was very helpful. She also educated me on how I can maintain clean lenses and offered for me to come in at anytime to get the frames adjusted again. Thank you so much for this experience I really appreciate it.

Carrie is a specialist at what she does, and she truly cares about each individual customer. She’s detail oriented and wants to make the customer happy anyway she can. She was so friendly and very knowledgeable about each item in the store (which has a wide variety and selection of beautiful frames). Amazing experience, and I’m so happy with my new pair of glasses!
