Ollie's Bargain Outlet reviews
14It's okay. The first time I went there, to me it was like the save a lot and Walmart got together. Since then they got the shelves looking a lot better.
Prices are ok. The only thing I is the checking out process because it reminds me of walmart. The nightmare of 1 register open and long line.
The employees need not to stand around when people are trying to purchase things need to have more than one register open
I been here a few times, not super impressed with their pricing. They seem to have a little bit of everything however their prices aren't as cheap as you would think. This store reminds me of a place up in Massachusetts that was called Building 19, who had the same motto or catch phrase "Good stuff cheap" and they were, very cheap. Anyway, same stuff different store. Ollies could do better but on a positive note they have a lot to look at, food, candy, household goods, bed & bath, toys, hardware, seasonal and candles. You'll have fun poking around but if you're going for something specific don't count on finding it.
Ya never know what you’re going to get when you go to ollies and that’s half the fun. We enjoy going to see what kind of treasures and bargains we can find. The shelves have been sort of empty lately but other times there’s an abundance of random oddities. We much prefer the Ocala location over the Homosassa location—- the variety, amounts and even the store is cleaner.
Omg the deals are super crazy! They have everything toys, carpets, food, book OMG book for like $1, car stuff if I’m the area it’s a must stop. Our cashier was awesome she went above and beyond to help us sign up
For 15% off our already amazing s discounted merchandise.
It will take you roughly 10 to 20 minutes to find everything you want to purchase, then 35 - 45 minutes to wait in line to pay.
I find many good deals at this spot. Never know what you can find but you can always expect great prices on most items.
Sale on vacuums about half price from other dept. Stores (Walmart, Target, Kohl's) Did my homework and found the best deal here at Ollies. Don't expect any special customer service or input from workers about appliances. They only stock and run register. All in all prices and products are good and better when you get points for joining their club and extra discounts throughout the year
Prices are not bad but they need more workers. When I walked in they only had two registers running and about 13 people in line at each of them.
This location is awesome. Everyone is so helpful. Like "Hank" he helped me take my order out. And wouldnt let me tip him
While inside an associate helped me with 5 boxes of velvet hangers took them to cashier for me. And the cashier very helpful!
If u buy something from there no matter u keep the receipt they will say we don't sale that product when all sold out.they won't even try to exchange it for something else
You can find cheap stuff there but lately seems like they need to restock as store looks emptier than before pandemic began.
From a manager of a retailer to you I am so incredibly upset to see that a line can go over 10 ppl before a manager opens another register. A customer with 40 min left of oxygen, was told no to get back on line, proceeded to take other people that were behind us and then when the customer was upset about this and called the store, she answered and argued with the customer and hung up on her. We all have bad days, but I believe that is unacceptable. She should manage from the back not helping customers. Love the product but will shop at another location from now on.
