Ollivander's Wand Shop, Orlando FL

Recently visited this store and a store representative by the name of Isaiah was amazing. He was so well informed of the history of Harry Potter and made the experience of visiting the store so amazing for me and my family’s. He deserves a higher position. His customer service skills 10/10. Keep up the great work Isaiah. Ps we were the 4 people who my brother had the same birthday as your brother.

The level of greed here amazed me. We watched the wand show where a little kid was selected to be fitted for a wand. After using the kid in the show and telling the kid that the wand "chose" them the parents were informed that if they wanted to keep the wand it would be over $50. Tickets for the park were already $150. It's outrageous they would try and use kids to milk parents for more money like this.

Great place to purchase wands for the Wizarding World activities. The worker was extremely helpful in locating the specific wand we were looking for.

This shop sells almost all the wand varieties but also has a little experience in that you can watch a wand choosing ceremony in a back room. The queue is outside across from Gringott's. The ceremony was fun with the performer doing a wonderful job. Only one person in the group (about 8-10 people) will get to be chosen though, so cross your fingers!

Very short wait. The wand ceremony was entertaining. The shop to look at and purchase wands was extremely crowded. Be ready for sticker shock if you decide to purchase your own wand.

Marvelous, my wife was chosen by a wand! She got to try out some spells and sent shelves flying and toppled boxes until she found her wand made of willow. It was a lot of fun bringing her special wand around the park and practicing magic in the shop windows.

A wonderful experience for children and adults alike. Excellent Mr. Olivander. A moment of magic. Very friendly and committed staff. Unforgettable experience!

We waited for the wand experience and it was so worth it! My wife got her wand and it was really cool experience! I would recomend anyone who hasn't done this to try it out. Really fun!

Extremely kind and knowledgeable staff! Hector the line attendant was delightful! The entire staff had it a special experience for everyone! Just be prepared to get there at 7 AM to get a reservation!

Fun experience for the kids, but know if you go it's probably going to cost you $60 per kid. They are going to want a wand. That said, an interactive wand is one of the better items to take home with you as a souvenir.

Don’t wait for the wand picking they always pick the smallest kid went like three times and never got picked do not recommend, the wand i got was also broken and didn’t work throughout the park

We went to Ollivander's during our visit to Universal Studios Florida last week. We were a little late in realizing we needed a reservation to the "show" portion of the experience. Unfortunately, the schedule was booked for the morning. I was there with my sister and her 12 yr old son with terminal cancer on his "bucket list" vacation so we really didn't have the luxury of coming back another time. I explained to Hector about the situation and he found a way to fit us in. Thank you Hector! And thank you to Universal Studios for designing such a great Harry Potter world! Our visit there ended up being one of his favorite things he's been able to do since he started his bucket list.

Line was quick but we got to watch the dragon breathe his. The wand ceremony was really cool. Staff was very helpful. Best part of our day today! Going and doing the interactive wand magic was soooooo fun!

I was disappointed when I realized that the wand shop was not selling real wands, so I watched the fight over the last Harry Potter wand.

It was a fantastic experience for me to visit Ollivander’s Wand Shop in person! The wands are very detailed and well-crafted! I also like how Universal added new wands from the Fantastic Beasts series, too!

This was the most magical part of our trip. My daughter is a big HP fan and the wand choosing ceremony is where her dreams came true. (A little Disney pun) Hector was funny and the only employee during our trips to the parks that engaged in a conversation with us other than barking crowd control commands. My daughter named her niffler after him. Lol.

If you are traveling to Universal, obviously the Wizarding World is a must. Olivander's is a second must. And whether or not you plan to purchase a wand, you should most certainly try to sign up for the wand selection ceremony! It was very surreal and personable. We loved our experience that we purchased the wands that "chose us"!

Such an amazing experience every time. It really is magical. No matter how many times we visit it's always better than the last. We have bought quite a few wands and absolutely love them. We look forward to coming back each time we visit Orlando.

It is a very popular and important place of wizard world. I want to go in this place. I am an Indian, when I shall have the opportunity to go here I must visit in this shop in the Christmas period. In this period this hogward world looks soooooo beautiful. It is mostly needed to me to buy a magic wand. I also a Harry Potter fan. If is is possible I also want to go in summer vacation. I also want to know comming in thismagic land from which hogward house I belongs to.
