I love living at Olympus. I've met a lot of people in the area now and can say pretty firmly that Olympus is the best place to live around the Destin area as far as apartments go. The staff has been super helpful with everything that we've needed, the facilities are top-notch, and the maintenance is very responsive if we ever need anything. Can’t say enough good things about this place.
Anna and the leasing team were awesome. Clear instructions on how to apply and all follow communications answered in a timely manner. Smooth process and happy with my decision to live at Olympus Emerald Apartments.
I moved here from Michigan and this place has been such a wonderful transition. My favorite is the dog spa and dog park! My fur baby is really happy. The staff is wonderful and maintence is quick to respond!

This place is not Military friendly and will screw you over when your in a bind. I got short notice deployed and my least was set to expire. I asked to renew my lease at the current rate of the apartment listing and the request was denied. Instead, they will have my family drive in from out of town, vacate the apartment, and then move my stuff back in 5 days later to receive the lower rate. Does this make sense to anyone. This place is full of crooks and liars. STAY FAR AWAY! They will rip you off good tenants or not.
