Easily scheduled an appointment for installation, including having to coordinate with a roofer to add extra necessary venting. On site crew was punctual, fastidious, and considerate of our indoor space as they did their work. They showed us how to use the new controls and left a clean job site when all was finished, and the office followed up with us to make sure everything went well. A+ all around.
