After many years is time to part company with this obsolete organization …. They do not understand how the new technology works and keep pushing the blame on third parties that they are using … sadly they refuse to take responsibility and the answer from the owner below is an example of the toxic culture where the blame is pushed towards the customer …the technician showed me the internal system where the cell did not connect to the central station since November and failed on the hour every hour. Such pettiness from this company …Ivette and Sam called me stupid saying that I don’t know how to use the systems little do they know I develop cybersecurity products so I know exactly how those systems work.

Excellent service. I have them in my house for many years now. The equipments used are the lates tech and just the best, I also recommended them to some friends and they are very happy as well.

Omega Security has been our security firm for over 15 years. From direct contact with the field representative to the installation technician, it’s always been seamless. We’ve been using them for our office and our home. Top notch service, family owned business. Hands down the BEST! They have our recommendation.

I engaged in business with Omega Security as a monitoring system for my alarm in 2014. Omega Security reconfigured their system to 5g network, I lost connection and they never bothered to inform me. I was advised by their central monitoring service they use, that I had lost connection to my home for 6 months. I became aware of the lack of service when I inadvertently triggered the alarm and received no response call from omega and no police. I contacted Omega Security advised them of the issue. I was told I needed to upgrade the system which would cost and addition $200. I also I mmediately requested a credit for the 6 months of service I had not received, they refused.
I then requested the account be closed and my request was denied. Omega refuses to acknowledge their negligence in notifying me of the needed upgrade for a properly functioning system. They claim they spoke to someone who lives in my home. If they did, No one recalls and never mentioned anything to me. Nevertheless, Omega security never called me the account holder, nor did they write or email to inform of needed upgrade. Now they refuse to receive the upgraded equipment they installed because it’s used. They also refuse to credit my account for the 6 months of non service for which they were paid. And they refuse to close my account on the bases that they claim I have a balance pending. Buyer beware, read your contact carefully signing a contract with these people will undoubtedly work in their favor and they will prosecute you for what you have agreed. I was once threatened to be sewed for the the amount owed on a 3yr contract when I was only a few months in. BUYER PLEASE BEWARE!

It's great to do biz with Omega Security, they are great, flexible, and always ready to assist when i call. I've never had any problems with my service, I highly recommend them for your security needs.

Omega security is very professional and very knowledgeable in what they do. They are quick to respond to any need that you may have. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. They took care of my alarm system and upgraded to the latest technology. I highly recommend Omega Security!

I was referred by a friend. Omega came out and set us up quickly. With a new born we want all the security we can get. We have had a few mishaps with the baby and sensors and Rene and the team came out and got us rolling again. They always answer our calls and questions. 10/10 I would recommend

We've been using Omega Security for the protection of our home for over 2 years. We are extremely pleased with the excellent service that we have received from them. Their monitoring service is top notch and they are very quick to call when the alarm goes off. We previously had our alarm system with a very well known large security company and Omega Security's Customer Service and Monitoring Service is much more superior than my previous company.

When we had our system put in by Omega, they recommended that we install a carbon monoxide/smoke alarm that would be connected to their monitoring service. They said we should have one since our home has natural gas. Having this alarm in place was a life saving device recently. On the first day of our home renovation, Omega's monitoring service called to let us know that there was a very high and dangerous concentration of carbon monoxide in the home. We immediately called the contractor and told him of the problem and that the workers needed to get out of the house. It appears that the machinery that was being used had created the accumulation of gas in the home. Omega's service immediately dispatched the Fire Department to our home to investigate the carbon monoxide. When they arrived they made the workers stay outside the home until the levels in the air had returned to normal. Had it not been for the carbon monoxide alarm, which Omega recommended, someone could have been seriously hurt or worse.

We will recommend Omega Security to our friends and family and to anyone who needs alarm monitoring service. We have been so pleased with their service thus far, that we have recently purchased a camera security system from them as well. I can access the cameras from my phone at all times. Not only do they provide security monitoring service, but they also do audio visual installations. As part of our renovation, they installed all the AV cabling and speakers in our home.

Richard the sale representative was not cooperative at all, she was even rude.the company just lost a valuable customer because of her, maybe the company should train their staff to try to gain customers and not losing them!

Normally I am not a person that writes reviews but always reads them. Omega Security is one that is extremely worthy of a 5 star review. Several years ago I was forced to move to a new home security company because Brinks was no longer servicing my area. I reached out to Omega and a couple others and landed with Omega. Never have I regretted my decision. The team support you get from the outside sales rep to after purchase working with inside Sales and support is stellar. It's an amazing feeling to call the office and any time and get treated as if I was family. My service issues have mostly been to human error and normally handled over the phone. If a rep was sent out to help they pride themselves on send the same rep for consistency issues. I've been beyond bless to work with a service rep Angel and an inside sales Rep, Terrie Machado. They know my home and family and take my business seriously. They want to make me feel safe and secure. This is unheard of in today's times of send out a sales rep to obtain the sale and get the commission. If you are searching for a wonderful security company with extremely competitive hardware and software give a call to Omega. You will not regret it. I have been with them for many, many years and will not leave. I have a home with two elderly disable parents and adult children coming in and out all day. My home is safe and secure and my friends at Omega keep it that way.

Omega just protected my house from an attempted break in. Alarm sounded and the burglar ran away. We are so lucky and thankful we had the system!

Stay away! I have never had to write a review like this, but I have never had to deal with such an arrogant owner. Heres what happened. We have been with Omega for 8 years and never a problem. Terry asked if we would like an upgraded system since we were out of contract. I said sure, but make sure you install something with a video ring camera since security is very important for me and my workers. They installed this Honeywell system as well as a video doorbell and asked me to sign a contract for a couple of years. I was also charged $523. The video doorbell never worked properly from the beginning.after 2 tries to get it to work, Mr. Gonzales said, "Sorry, we dont cover that and the contract you just signed only covers your alarm monitoring. " So, we ended up having to switch to another alarm service and Mr. Gonzales will not refund our $523 and still sends monthly billing statements. He has even admitted to me in the one phone call we had that he has had nothing but problems with the Honeywell system talking to the Skybell video doorbell, yet, he will not let me out of my contract. After 8 years you would think he will just apologize or even get me something that worked. Don't use Omega. I never needed them but, it's obvious that if I did they would not be there for us.and for you.
