This center refused to accept me to my ultrasound two times, because I was 20 minutes late to my appointment. I am 7 months pregnant. I live 1h away from this center. I will never be back again to this place. They don’t care about pregnant patients at all. Also the team is rude and not professional at all. General manager Maria do not following the HIPA and OSHA rules. I don’t think it’s legal to refuse anybody on 7 months pregnant twice because appointment late a little bit.
Anyway, I don’t recommend no one pregnant women to go there.
And, they didn’t even called me to ask if I am coming or not to the appointment, I came there, was citing at the lobby for 39 minutes, and after nurse said that sorry ultrasound lady needs to go home

I had a 3: 30P appointment which was just for results talking. Left work early & have been missing work due to all these appointments. I get that things happen in life especially with being an OBGY doctor & anything can happen - but I can tell you that when I have appointments with a patient/client & I know I’ll be late I may just be more late than acceptable or even ethically professionally acceptable I would contact my client out of respect so they won’t waste gas (which we all know is high) & also wouldn’t have to leave work nor just waste my time driving across town to an appointment that wouldn’t be satisfied. Than the little girls & one think she grown females in the front have no professionalism & no people skills of any kind! I am from NJ not FL but I’m not sure that this is how things should be handled! A procure of some kind for the clients/patients.

My God, I see these negative comments and I'm afraid because I'm the first time I'm pregnant for the first time and I only ask God that everything goes well

When I found out I was Pregnant September 2022, I was new to florida and only had medicaid. I called omni and told them my history with my last pregnancy and being high risk and having preeclampsia. The woman on my phone said that my first appointment had to be when I was 10 weeks, which i thought was really weird. Around week 8 I started bleeding and called the office, told me not to worry completely normal. 3 days later I called back and told them the bleeding didn’t stop and if I could please be seen. AGAIN the woman on the phone did not care at all and told me it was normal. Day 4 the bleeding stopped and I thought I was being dramatic. When I went in for my appointment, no heart beat was found. Of course I understand no one is at fault and miscarriages do happen. Since the fetus had been inside me for so long with no heart beat my appointment was on a Friday and they scheduled my d/c for that Tuesday but my body did what it had to do and i passed my baby AT HOME! I ended up going to the ER from all the blood I was loosing and when they did my sonogram, I was informed my uterus was cleared. Of course they still had me come in for the procedure to make sure everything was out. This was a very traumatic experience that I feel no one should go and had they listened to my concerns I probably wouldn't have had to pass the baby in my home. I hope they have a better way of handling situations like that. (I do have photos of the passing at home, but very triggering)

Worst GYN office ever! Very unprofessional and rude front desk receptionist! Never followed up with my daughters blood work and when I go in to get results nothing but attitude! Perhaps they should focus on quality care and not quantity because it’s a zoo every time I’ve walked into this clinic!

I typically go to a midwifery for all of my woman's health services. I was referred to an OB for specialized care, and that is where I found OMNI Medical. First, my midwife told me not to waste my time getting more tests done, as she had already done my paps and had everything set. It would waste time that could be taken preventing the need for more surgery. Dr. Nutter did another pap anyways, said it was necessary for him to book an OR. I cried while he did it and left crying and feeling really dismissed. I got the surgery with him, and as a doula was disturbed to hear how casually he talked about squeezing an c-section in before my surgery. My heart hurt for the person waiting for him to deliver a baby, while I also waited for him to do my surgery. Just felt really "over booked. " I was also still uncomfortable about the fact that he did my pap through my tears so I didn't go back for a follow up for a while. My primary care told me I needed to see him for the results to close my file with him. I went back, and again he did another pap even when the nurse said I wasn't due for one, and I wasn't expecting another procedure. Again, I felt ignored and cried. He just handed me tissues and went about his day.

*Everything about our interactions felt rushed, careless/ impersonal, business-like. None of the things you should feel after a pelvic exam. *

I called a few days later, confused because I got a notification he scheduled a surgery for me anyways, so I really was confused why he did the pap. When I called to ask him about it, the lady said the surgery scheduler wasn't there. I reiterated that I wanted to speak with the Dr. She put me on hold and forgot about me. Another person answered like a brand new phone call and tells me the Dr.is busy. So it seems the first person put me on hold with no intention of picking up. I hung up and they did call back a couple times but I was already way too far past my patience with a DOCTORS OFFICE. I found a new, great OB and called OMNI to cancel my appointments and surgery. Would you believe they asked me my name and DOB a few times like she couldn't find me - put me on hold for 5 more minutes. Needless to say, I'm done lol

Edit to add: my new OB is amazing, is throughough about consent and explaining procedures/ risks/ benefits, listens and cares.takes their time. And also did 4 biopsies as opposed to Dr. Nutters 1 biopsy, and confirmed I didn't need additional surgery at this time. My review of this office was only solidified

The staff is dismissive, rude, unresponsive, not helpful, basically anything else you DONT want in customer service. As a pregnant mother, you just want to work with a doctor and staff who will be responsive, give peace of mind, and be helpful with getting you in and out of appointments for the next 9+ months. If you’re looking for basic customer service and a good experience while pregnant, do not go here. It was a nightmare just trying to set up my pregnancy confirmation appointment and I finally said nevermind. Thankfully I found another OB nearby who was incredibly kind and helpful. Don’t waste your time here.

Dr Atef Zachary is wonderful he delivered all five of my children (Twins my first pregnancy vaginally) and my family members that I have referred children as well and I have a big family. He is the best in my opinion. He shows respect and express gratitude towards all his patients. I love my OBGYN he makes sure I am comfortable and well taken care even after my tubal ligation in which he performed. Bedside manners are superb and that’s on FACTS. About the wait time because top tier being a hot commodity, high demand plus he is on call and and a private dr that see you throughout your whole pregnancy from the begin to the end you will have a wait time. Now I am not having it for all who trying to lie on my DOCTOR. My children were born in 2005,2007,2009,2010. Then and Now he still that THE BEST

First and last time here. I should’ve read the reviews before making an appointment to this office. Waited 3 hours for a anual check. This is pathetic.

I am able to write this review today thanks to Dr. Zakhary.

I had an extremely high risk pregnancy in 2017 with my second child and at the very end of the pregnancy I was scared I wasn't going to make it. Dr. Zakhary and his nurse, Maria, were right next to me those 38 weeks and thanks to them my son and I made it. During the C-section, he even fix my bladder issue (due to my first C-section with another doctor). Not to mention that the scar for this C-section is perfect.

Yes, they do have way too many patients and yes, the waiting times are ridiculous, but that high volume of patients is an indication of the good services they provide. I do see Dr. Zakhary every year for my annual check-up and not just he covers all the main point on an annual appointment, but he invests the extra time to go over family and other things that keep our relation doctor-patient humanized.

Very bad service from the office worker María because my health insurance authorized sending me since January 12,2023 and today February 7,2023 I am practically begging that lady to send the authorization to Aeroflow so that they can send me the pumping machine of breast milk and she did not want to send it. She states that she has never received any email from Aeroflow, however, on January 31,2023, she had the format printed and completed, all that was missing was their signature and stamp to return by fax to the Aeroflow company, but that lady does not answer the phones. And she doesn't do her job as if she were the one who was going to pay for the products! Terrible service and therefore, I do not recommend this office to any expectant mother!

Dr. Nutter and Dr. Zakary saved my life, and my baby's life, so nothing else should matter. This is the exact reason why I picked this practice, despite seeing the reviews that the wait times are long. The wait times are long, yes. But having to deliver your baby at 33 weeks and getting to see the doctor who has been with you throughout your pregnancy, not a rotating doctor - as many practices in the area do, is worth it. Sometimes I would have to wait for up to 2 hours, but it is because the doctor was at the hospital helping another mother who was delivering her baby, or doing rounds one one waiting to deliver. I didn't quite understand until it came time to deliver my baby, but if I had a choice I would do it all over again at Omni Medical. Dr. Nutter and Dr. Zakary both have excellent bedside manner, and both take the time to explain what is happening to you, which in a complicated pregnancy is priceless. The nurses are all also excellent and very nurturing especially Maria and Jessica. Will you have to wait, probably? Will it be worth it, definitely!

I think I have seen enough to be able to provide an honest review. I am a week and a half away from my scheduled C-section and I have never been so concerned about the hands I have been placed in. As an American that pays over $700 dollars a month for health insurance for my son and I, I have seen better care provided overseas in what some call third world countries. As a high risk pregnancy, I have never seen ultrasounds being treated as a specialty or bonus and being conducted in an “efficient”manner within a span of two minutes. This is my second child so I don’t need the aesthetics…I want to ensure my child is healthy. From day one…the Florida healthcare system has failed me. My early bleeding and emergency room visits after just finding out I was pregnant was a miscarriage diagnosis, and I was sent home to wait it out. I decided after two weeks to head to Guatemala where I purchased a rental place to follow up with a physician there. Every prenatal appointment conducted included an ultrasound. The facilities were clean and with no health insurance my visits were $35. Here my co pay is $50 with my $700 monthly health insurance deduction. Back to Omni as I was beyond grateful for them taking me as a transfer patient which took almost two months to find a provider once back in the states. The services are rushed! I can see a lot slipping through the cracks at this facility because of this. If you are a young woman experiencing child birth for the first time do not come here. From the restroom smelling like marijuana, to the long wait for most appointments that last less than five minutes. The reason I gave it two stars is because some of the techs attempt to make your visit better by being genuinely kind. It’s a little late for me to change now but you better be on top of your chart, your communication, your advocacy, and voicing any concerns while being an attending patient at this practice. At this rate I am trusting God to see the remainder of my pregnancy through and guiding the staff to ensure my baby girl makes it here safe and healthy. Good luck ladies!

DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT GO HERE! I should have know. After the first visit when it took me almost 3 hours after my appointment time to be seen but I gave them the benefit of the doubt. I’m 16 weeks pregnant and at my last visit was diagnosed with 2 things that needed prescriptions. I went to pick up the prescriptions this morning and the pharmacist strongly advised against not taking them because they are NOT SAFE TO TAKE DURING PREGNANCY! These doctors literally wrote me prescriptions for things that are dangerous for my unborn child. Needless to say my future appointments are cancelled and I will be finding a new obgyn asap!

Too much delay for them to attend to you even if you have support, the attention is very slow

Dr. Nutter and his staff were amazing, understanding, caring and very knowledgeable. I will continue to make that drive to Tampa for my GYN care.
