Omni Nails and Lash Lounge reviews
20Loved Sophia she’s very gentle and quick nails came out exactly how I wanted it looks super natural!
I am very picky so it’s hard for me to find a salon that I trust with my nails. Linda is my favorite and Hau is the best at recreating whatever you ask for but better! My nails took 3 and a half hours and he took his time to make sure they were perfect for me Omni is the only place I go for my nails
Went for a refill and I needed help to see what I should do with my nails. The guy who did my nails was not helpful at all and on top of that rushed and did my nails so horrible. He even cut me on 3 fingers with the file which burned so bad every time I washed my hands. I can’t believe I paid $80 for such a trash job. The only reason I’m giving it two stars was because the nail lady that attended me last time was very kind and does the nails really nice but not even front desk was able to help me book an appointment with her when I called initially which led to me being attended by this guy who could’ve cared less about making my nails look nice he just wanted to go home….
This place is hit or miss depending on which nail tech you see. See Linda if you want nails that last. I saw a male nail tech today and he had my nails looking very different from each other because he doesn’t pay attention to detail and rushes. If you don’t care about your job get a new one. It’s annoying when you pay money for a mediocre service
Bad bad place did treat me right at all and over priced horrible place horrible, horrible horror place do not recommend
Lynda was fantastic! This was probably the best that I have ever gotten my nails done. She also was very informative about what is best for my nails and was easy to talk too. Will definitely be coming back!
A Nail Technician name Tea, decided that my toe nails were too long and exclaimed that she couldn't or wouldn't give me a pedicure and I was like REALLY? So basically I will not be recommending any of my friends or family to visit this establishment. An apology is just a pure slap in the face
BEWARE OF CHAIR 10
if I could give negative 5 stars I would. I paid 150 for a full set. That's usually the price of both my hands & feet AND he didn't state the price until after my service was done AND I tipped $10 on top of the 150.3 days in & my nails are lefting & falling off. Not only is he super slow but the work is trash. When he was finished my nails already looked a week old. I called to get my nails fixed which would of been free of charge but who wants to go somewhere again after they weren't able to deliver the first time. Especially since this WAS NOT CHEAP. This location is in walking distance from victory & maui & they shouldn't be. Location is way too prestiges for bottom of barrel quality. I will NEVER go back, not even if my service is free. Shape is HORRIBLE, polish job is HORRIBLE.like ugh
There are nail technicians - and there are artists. Nina is a true artist dedicated to her craft. I showed her a photo of a style and she took the concept and made it even more beautiful than the photo.
I have been coming to Omni Nails for a few months and am truly impressed by the level of service, professionalism and warmth exhibited by staff and leadership.
And dare I say - a feeling of care. I thank Nina for always going above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and that the work is done to perfection.
Thank you Omni Nails! Kudos to running an excellent operation.
I had a wonderful experience here. Nan is a fantastic tech that takes so much pride in her work. She really takes her time and doesn’t mind if you ask her to do things a bit differently. I appreciated how she didn’t try and rush through things and really wanted to make my nails look great. I will definitely come back and specifically ask for her!
The worst experience I’ve ever had at a nail shop! Racist! Disrespectful! Unprofessional!
I came in for a gel manicure. The first woman began foil to remove my initial gel and when she took the foil off my natural nails were curved in towards my fingers. I asked her why it was like that because my nails have never curled towards the fingers before and she said “well we are cutting them down…they will uncurl once they’re shorter. ” After being reassured I allowed her to continue. She then stopped doing my nails to start on a new customer who sat down for a pedicure. I was left sitting in the chair unclear when my nails would be finished. After 3 minutes a guy sat down to finish my nails and I expressed my concern about the shape of my nails changing after she took the foil off and that sent him into a rage! He began to yell at me stating that was my natural nail shape and that’s just the way my nails are. I asked him to hurry and take whatever product was on my nails causing them to curl and he yelled at me more telling me “I don’t tell him what to do. “ As a customer worried about my natural nail shape I had no clue why he was berating me. I have never experienced that amount of disrespect and left the nail shop due to that fact! I am a black woman and the guy who the woman gave service to over me was a white man. I don’t think they respect black people here and I will not be quiet about it.
The service they give is below average.
If you want your gel lacquer on your fingers instead of nails - you should go there; but if you want it to be only on your nails - be ready to meet unprofessional and rude staff.
Will not come back.
Dirty! Didn’t open new tool packages for my mani or pedi, random things scattered all over the place. Water for pedicure was cold. Will not be back
This one of the best eyelashes shop I have been to in a long time. The service was amazing, and the owner was very helpful. The lashes look very natural and not cheap and ghetto looking. Or overly long.
First time doing dip at this location and not a fan of what it looks like after a week and a half. It’s cracking and breaking already.
Honestly, this salon is consistent in their customer service. You can honestly see anyone and they all do a beautiful job. I get my nails done once a month and they last until my next appointment. I usually get gel X or hard gel, depending on what I need. Miley is who I usually see and she’s great at deciphering what I need based off of how my nail grows with the line of work I do and how my nails look in between and after growth. I have also seen Lynda and she did an amazing job as well. She really let me take a look over the shape of my nail before applying the polish. I appreciated that because she understood that I am constantly going to look at my nails. Dont we all ladies? The salon is very accommodating. Whenever I give a date and time they are always able to see me. They also take walk ins so it’s always in your favor if you need an appointment in short notice. Everyone there is attentive and communicative, I had made an appointment with Chanel because Miley was unavailable and she personally texted me to let me know she wasn’t able to see me and I thought that was very efficient. I was able to make proper accommodations to see someone else without having to change my appointment. It’s best to go in the morning, it isn’t as busy and the salon is quiet. I highly recommend the salon.
We stopped in Miami for a night prior to our cruise and our group enjoyed getting out pedicures and manicures here at Omni - Chanel was awesome!
All the nail techs do a great job here and take their time to make sure you are content with your mani pedi. I usually get a dip powder mani and a pedi!
Very disappointed. Did my nails on Saturday- the nail technician had to fix 2 of them on the day already - and on Wednesday - I went to fix one nail - not worth it money it’s not even been a week and I see they all chipping so bad! Didn’t have done my nails so badly ever! Not worth it money.
I am not sure why it is so difficult to find a decent nail salon in Miami.
Tried Omni Nails because it was close by and has good reviews. My feet needed some extra attention so I opted for the more expensive pedicure and basic manicure.
Ended up paying around $100 with tip but I still have calluses and had to repaint my nails when I arrived home.
Not as bad as some other places near by but def not worth the money.
