Not to much to say here they overcharged my card that they shouldnt have, and it took nearly two weeks to fix. The facility was nice.

This was my first time visiting this resort. We were staying here as it was the host venue for the Shake the Ground National Competition. We stayed in a double queen room on the 10th floor. We had a decent city view that overlooked the grounds of the resort (golf course, soccer field, parking lot, forecourt of the lobby driveway). The room was spacious and seemed adequately cleaned, though not spotless clean. The bathroom was equally spacious and had all the amenities needed for our stay. I loved the pillows the most, though my one negative is that when I checked my duvet it was changed throughout my stay! (I learned that from reading an article from a former hotel employee who said its a known practice in the industry. Unless it's visibly soiled they don't change them.even between guests! Gross!) The reason I can tell is I checked it on check in and noticed a stain on it that appeared to be permanent. That same stain remained for my 5-night stay. But the sheets were changed daily from what I can tell so I just avoided the duvet!
The room came with a Keurig coffee maker so I could have a decent cup of cofee each morning without waiting in a long line at the sole on-site deli that was open. Also bottled water was supplied daily. All in all it was a good accommodation that allowed us to relax and get rest during our stay. Due to COVID, some amenities (like the aforementioned deli) seemed to be on a shoestring if available at all. The shuttle to and from the Airport that was promised was not available so we had to take Uber. My daughter really enjoyed the pool on her one day off.the wave pool, slide and lazy river were a big hit! (I'm allergic to chlorine so didn't partake.) The staff were all welcoming, helpful and friendly. I have to give a special thanks to Serena at the concierge desk.she was so kind and patient and helped me quickly resolve an issue at check-in. I would definitely stay here in future.

We come here every single year and we love it but this morning we wanted to have breakfast so we went to the restaurant and they told us there was no breakfast. Right after that we watched a bunch of people get breakfast from the buffet after we had already eaten. The only reason we come to this hotel is because of the wave pool so we are sitting in the wave pool for 45 minutes finally we get out to ask somebody where are the waves are. And they inform us that it does not work but there is no sign or anything.

Very disappointing dining experience at David's Club. High end prices are fine with me but I also expect high end meals, clearly not the case for a number in our party. I would rate it lower but for the very courteous wait staff who tried their best to mitigate our obvious disappointment.

This property is very large, beautiful, and well maintained. Pools are great and lazy river is nice and long for a resort hotel

The lack of food options at such a huge resort is very puzzling to me. For example, their deli is really odd, not really a deli at all. There really isnt any type of convenience store on property like most resorts have. Only 3 restaurants really and 1 was closed for the SCAMdemic which is reopening next weekend.

Ordered food from their pool area and it took well over an hour and didnt receive my food after a couple of times asking where is it, so we left.

Ordered nachos with steak which came in a to-go sized square container for 24.00 plus tax and a 4 tip. So 28.00 plus for pretty much a 12.00 nacho at best

Resort fee of 35 doesnt include bike rentals and some other minor little things. 25 parking fee per night.

Too bad resorts feel they need to try to extract as much money as possible from the guests.

This review is to reflect mainly on the hard work and efforts of Jessica the valet. She is very timely, upbeat, and pleasant to speak to. She expressed concern for an issue that I had and followed up with me after my return to the hotel. Too see her desire to move and carry out tasks was very motivational and inspiring.

It was alright. No distinguishing features on any hole. Greens were good shape. Way over priced. Don't waste you time or money.

I have to write raving reviews for the Omni. I checked in Friday and out today on a business trip. The hotel is magnificent from the amenities to the restaurants. Special thank you to Shannon for the phenomenal pool service. Renee also went out of her way to accommodate us. It was a wonderful stay that was much needed. Thank you to all of the Omni staff for everything.

Highlights:
The fact you can eat in one restaurant but order from multiple restaurant menus.
The adult pool, hot tub, and lazy river.
The golf course
Fire pits create a cozy warm atmosphere at night even romantic.
Very clean

Best hospitality service I’ve experienced since the pandemic began. Can’t wait to return.

We had an excellent stay. Staff were friendly & helpful, room was super clean and everything working just fine. I spent quite a bit of time walking the grounds and golf course around the hotel. Amazing wildlife right here. It was far quieter than I think is typical due to Corona. But this was a bonus for us since few people were in pools, lazy river, and restaurants and the experience was very quiet and relaxing. An extra shout out to staff member Chris for being incredibly helpful and going out of his way to get some items we left behind back to us.

This was by far the worst place we have been to.the reservation was done thru an agent for a soccer tournament. Everything was booked on time and when we got to the hotel for some reason they did not have a room for us with the team and placed us in a small hotel near by.the place we ended up was called sunset lodge and it had a weird smell.the toilet was clogged. I would not recommend anyone to stay here. There is a small reception at the entrence and we waited 15-20 and no one ever came out.

Fun resort for the kids! I love all the pools! The pool bathroom is a bit dirty and stinky though. Other than that, I like the rooms. It's clean.

My family and I have been coming here every year for over 10 years! Absolutely love this hotel for a little weekend getaway. I love hitting the gym or going for a walk around the property, grabbing a morning coffee, and then floating in the Lazy river all day with a little break for lunch at Crocs. We always leave this resort so rested and relaxed!

Beautiful hotel. They went by CDC guidelines. We wore masks and I don think it was at full capacity. My son had 2 nights in a row roast chicken with mashed potatoes and broccolli. Delicious. I believe an academy for golf is there. My son took his 2 children down the wave on a warm day.

It is 1: 30 in the morning and I have been waked up over and over by noisy groups running by my door.
Room is nice and clean but I hear everything going on on my floor.
Plus I had to pay $24.00 for the privelage of parking overnight. In Florida that is ridiculous.
I stopped here for an overnight because of work in the area. And I will not be well rested.

Expected a much higher level of service at the golf course based on the fact this is an Omni. Hotel was nice but some of the worst service and lies at the golf course. Will not be back

I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. For what we paid I was expecting a luxury hotel. We were in the sunset lodge which smelled like mildew as soon as you walked in. The spa was broken our entire stay. Lazy river was dirty. Not impressed at all we will not be returning.

I didn't stay in a room I was on a business trip and was in the conference room. It was nine and spacious. The plug outlets could've been more convenient but it was still nice.

We stayed in the Villas and golfed the International Course. Course is in wonderful shape. David's restaurant is the best. Had the chicken pasta and it was delicious and Waiter Chris was perfect. Very attentive.
