Stole my money, did not do proper services, charged me for 4 weeks and only provided for 3 weeks.
Javier was caught on camera not putting all the chemicals to stabilize and properly clean pool. When asked to come back to correct a vacuum timer issue which he set he stated he could not.

I called On Demand Pool Service after my old pool service did not show up. I explained to owner, Javier my situation, he showed up next morning to assess the now green pool. He tested the water cleaned it and put in appropriate chemicals. In 24 hours it was sparkling blue. He is very knowledgeable, friendly, on time and always let's tou know when to expect him. Javier was awsome! My pool was not treated correctly from last pool cleaning company, so I called On Demand Pool Services and to my surprise, Javier came on the same day! That's what I call good service! Overall, he did a great cleaning job and left my pool spakling clean and up and running. Thank you Javier!

Javier is awesome! I called him and he took the time to actually speak with me and discuss my pool issues. Most companies you can’t get to even call you back, much less spend time explaining things. He was very quick at getting to my pool within 30 minutes of talking to him. Such great customer service and very knowledgeable!

I can’t say enough great things about Javier! My mom has had ongoing issues with her previous pool service company and after her pool turning green multiple times this year, she finally let me call other companies to get quotes. I called Javier because of his excellent reviews and I’m so thrilled I did!

I called on a Thursday morning and he was able to get by within a couple hours. After looking at the pool, he called with major concerns - the filter was spewing water and on the verge of busting and the chlorine levels were dangerously high, to the point it was unsafe for anyone to be in the water. If the filter were to burst, the rapid water loss would have emptied the pool in minutes and potentially destroyed the shell. Javier was able to order new parts immediately & recommended we turn off the pool because the plumbing could break at any time. He sent me photos and videos of the issues so I could see exactly what he was talking about. When replacing the filter, he also found the old pump had literally eroded and had become a fire hazard. He was able to replace the pump as well by Friday afternoon. In less than 48 hours, he had repaired and corrected another company’s terrible work.

Javier saved us thousands of dollars - and possibly the cost of a new pool entirely. His pricing is outstanding & we’re so happy to have someone with his integrity and knowledge. We’re so thankful!

Javier is excellent at his job! My last pool company left pool green. Javier fixed it in less than a few hrs. The first time he came to the house he cleaned the filter which obviously was not cleaned in a while. If you want a quality pool service On Demand Pool Services is a great choice.
