The service was good but the food was terrible. Over cooked steaks and the beef in my tacos was also burnt. Wouldn’t recommend as much. Only reason why there’s two stars is because the Quesadilla was good.

Every time I try to place a to go order from this location after work, It’s always an excuse of why my order is declined. Either there short staffed or have a large order to process, therefore the Togo order is backed up.

Food was cold, greesy oily as if the oil had been sitting there for weeks and reused hard chips were served.service was AWEFUL! The waitress didn’t even smile! Everything was negative to her. Maybe she did have covid and wasn’t feeling normal but if that’s the case please don’t come to work!? It was a cold and negative experience. Small portioned plate. Greesy and NOT tasty at All! I highly DISRECOMEND this place to anyone that wants to enjoy life and food! If not, please visit yourself.

Service was top notch. Great server. Food was good. Not great. Bathroom. Umm. Both the men and the ladies (confirmed by my wife) was the most disgusting bathroom, reminiscent of a small town truck stop bathroom you hope you make it out alive kind of place.
Hopefully the kitchen is cleaner than that. But service made it a place worth coming.

Food was outstanding. Just down the road from the resort. Thought Jimmy would like it. I got the appetizers Beef and cheese empanadas, way too much food, there were 5 huge pies plus cheese queso. Jimmy got Pollo Loco and it was real good.

Nice atmosphere and friendly staff. Food has good flavor however portions are really small and prices are on the high side compared to the competition.

WORST experience ever! We eat out 3 to 5 times per week, Terry is the rudest, most terrible waitress! Thank heavens Ginery took over our table! Food was cold and nasty! Queso was good. Short staffed is 1 thing, terrible service is unacceptable!

First time eating at this restaurant chain, food was very delicious and our server was super. Felt sorry for her, all the questions we asked her. Wish they had these restaurants up north or just by us in Largo, FL. Definitely will return when we are near one.

It was was first time there and it wasn’t really pleasant. The place looks nice and clean and the wait time was short, but apart from that everything was not good. I had a Sangria Pitcher for drink and it was the most sour sangria I’ve ever had. I ordered an appetizer of Guac and they where out of it… in a Mexican food restaurant…. I had the “Any 4” plate and ordered a variety of empanada (the didn’t look fresh), a soft taco (the chicken was cold) and a beef flauta with green sauce (the worst green sauce). Not only that, the waitress mistakenly bought my parents the wrong drink and she spilled a glass of my drink on the table. We were sitting outside so they were closing that area before the other and we felt we were being expelled from the place. Not a great time

I've been in this facility several times, each time was not super clean but the service & food has been excellent.

Was looking for beast burgers but I guess that restaurant just cooks some burgers and call it beast burgers. We wanted to eat inside which u can not sit in and eat beast burgers you have to order from the Mexican restaurant that they are. Its called south of the border and is the worst Mexican I've ever had.it was bad enchiladas with cheap out of the can white sauce and they charged me 10 dollars for. We ordered a side of cheese for our chips which is a cup of can quest sauce from sav a lot or something that they charged 6.99 for.
I didnt complain because my kids were with me and I didn't want to ruin their time. But it was gross and I will never go back.

Really great Chimichanga and Caramel Swirl Cheesecake! The young man who waited on us was super nice! Enjoyed having lunch there. Will definitely be back!

Went on a slow Wednesday evening. It was just our group of 3 and 3 other tables inside were in use. I don’t believe we even had a server besides for our drink order, which took over 20 minutes to get to us, even though we were seated directly next to the bar. 40 minutes after they brought our drinks, (and I believe it was actually the bartender) we were finally asked if were were ordering food, which took another 30 minutes. I would never come here again.

Staff was really friendly. They helped us in a pinch because we had a dog with us. Food was great.

We normally love this On the Border. Tonight was not as good. The service was a challenge. We sat waiting for our drinks and queso. We almost finished the first bowl of chips before the waitress checked on us and said " they haven't brought the queso? " It seemed like a long time for our order to be delivered, then part of the order on both our meals was missing. We elected not to get them due to the time delays.but they still ended up on the bill.

Went here for Veterans Day. Typical Bret, asked for an extra item than what's offered, just so he could pay for something. Ayana was the employee who helped us. She was so friendly and thankful. She even gave us the extra taco but wouldn't let Bret pay. Thank you so much. We definitely recommend this place.

Our friendly server welcomed us with a generous portion of chips n salsa. They went down well with a glass of cold beer. The chicken flautas was delicious, so was the ground beef taco.

We went on a Wednesday at 5: 30pm there may have been 25 people there total, We were sat down very quickly. We were waited on and had our drinks and ordered, then we waited for our food for over an hour and when we finally got it it was all wrong and had to ask for refills and was never offered more chips and 2 if us just had salads.

Food is amazing here and the customer service is great. Definitely a family friendly restaurant with a lot of options. Highly recommend that you stop by!
