Edgar at OTM is one of the most ethical and honorable men you will ever have the pleasure of doing business with. I was up north for the season and got a call that my a/c had failed, and my condo was full of mold. I called a few companies and all they wanted was my insurance company, and to scare me with the magnitude of the job, how complicated the work is, and the potential for it to be much worse as they get into the job. It turns out that many of these scammers do not even do the work. They get the job and then farm it out to whoever will do it for them the cheapest. In any case, I was blessed to have been led to Edgar at OTM. From our very first conversation I knew that he was “the guy”. He went to the apartment, had the testing done, took a ton of pictures and sent them to be, and explained my options. He assured me that his company does all the work themselves. He gave me an estimate for the job, with the understanding that it is subject to change if they run into something that was not obvious in the inspection.
Over the next week or so Edgar sent me pictures and video of the progress. The entire process was stress-free on my end, even though I was 1500 miles away. When the job was completed the amount due was exactly what Edgar estimated it to be at the very beginning. No surprises.
What started out to be a nightmare ended up being a simple project with an awesome company. I trusted Edgar to do what was in my best interest, and he did not let me down. I consider Edgar to be a friend that I have never met in person.

You open up your closet doors & find that dreaded black spot, and already imagine the worst. Your mind starts racing thinking how much is this going to cost, how bad is the damage, is it somewhere else in the home? I found those spots in my office & guest room, and didn't hesitate in calling OTM. I initially spoke to the owner, Edgardo, who connected me with his partner, Jairo. Jairo was at my home by the next day, completed an inspection and provided me with a plan. Thankfully the damage was superficial and there were no leaks in my home that showed sign of extensive mold damage. While I hope to not need OTM again, I know that if I do, they will be there. They are professional, on time, and friendly on the pockets.

They did a great job. Jairo is a top tier individual and if he hasn’t gotten a raise recently, he deserves one.

Mr Edgar and his crew from OTM have been so professional (and such a blessing). After hurricane Ian, OTM removed all of the mold that was getting me sick in my house. I woke up one morning and I was coughing and sneezing and my eyes were red but as soon as I spoke to OTM on the phone, I knew I was in good hands. Fast forward a few months later and I’m back to normal living again at home. OTM is a great company and would most definitely do business with them again if needed in the future!

Edgardo and his team did an exceptional job cleaning out the mold in our house after Ian blew threw last year. It's a tough and dirty job but these young men went the extra mile to scour and then bag it all correctly for disposal. Edgardo, the owner of OTM, is a kind man of great integrity. I hope I never have to go through mold mitigation again, but if I do my first call will be to Edgardo.
