I am compelled to write this review to express my frustration with On Time Repair's level of unprofessionalism and incompetence. They not only tarnish their own reputation, but reflect poorly on Samsung.

I initially contacted Samsung about an issue with my microwave, and On Time Repair was scheduled to handle the repair. However, the entire process turned out to be a nightmare. The first scheduled appointment was missed due to the repair team "accidentally going to the wrong address, " leading to an unnecessary delay. When they finally arrived for the rescheduled appointment, they disassembled the microwave only to realize they had the wrong replacement part. Adding to the inconvenience, they left the disassembled microwave in the middle of my living room and refused to reassemble it, leaving it there for a month and a half.

A week passed, and when they did show up, they informed me that yet another part was needed and left without scheduling a follow-up. My attempts to reach them for follow-up were unsuccessful. They neither answered nor returned my calls.

This entire situation ended with Samsung having to compensate me with a new microwave, a solution that, while appreciated, could have been avoided if On Time Repair had demonstrated a basic level of competence and professionalism.

I hope this review serves as a wake-up call for Samsung to reassess their partnerships and ensure that their customers receive the quality service they deserve.

They have come out to work on a recall on my Samsung fridge. Easy to set up an appointment. They call before coming. Both repairmen were friendly, knowledgable, and quick.

The ice maker on my Samsung refrigerator stopped working. I called Samsung and they arranged for On Time Repair to come and replace it. The technician that came out was great! His name was Nar and he was very proficient at his job. He left his shoes at the front door and went right to work. He was also very personable and explained everything he was doing. I have ice again which is really nice! I would definitely use this company again for appliance repairs!

Hopefully they'll get it right this time don't know what to tell you about Samsung refrigerators purchased in May and they have to replace the freezer door

They never ever answer the phone in person. I left multiple messages on their recording, but never ever heard from them.

The appointment was made, as they are one of Samsung authorized representatives. The appointment was made for 9 AM via email thru Samsung Support. On Time denied having the appointment and said that Samsung was not authorized to make appointments for them. Clearly untrue. On Time person was rude - said they never got the appointment request and said they could fit us in about 10 days later. Rude. Unresponsive. I would never use them.

While l have read some less than stellar reviews here online for On Time Appliance Repair, my experience with them was exceptional!

Johana was helpful when she set up the appointment regarding an issue with our Samsung Electric Dryer.

Ricky (the technician) was definitely on time! He was friendly, professional, competent, and knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the problem and provided the soultion we needed.

I couldn't be happier with their work from start to finish!

I am very grateful for On Time Repair! I had been dealing with another local company that Samsung sent to repair my refrigerator and that company was unresponsive and never ordered the power board I needed. 2 weeks later, after contacting Samsung multiple times, they finally reassigned my ticket to On Time Repair, Johanna called me the same day, and Chris came to my house (on a Fri evening) with the power board in hand and had my refrigerator working in 10 minutes! I was without a refrigerator for 3 weeks, and On Time Repair fixed this in 10 minutes! I highly recommend them, and if you live on the Tampa area and have a Samsung appliance that needs repair ask Samsung to assign your ticket to them, had that happened from the start I would have not been going through so much trouble with Samsung and the other repair company. Thank you so much Chris!

I called Samsung because my 2 year old refrigerator the ice maker stopped working. Chris came out he was very nice. He fixed it in 10 minutes. He’s efficient and professional. He even called me the next morning to see if it was making ice!

Waiting over 2 months to repair my stove, repair guy showed up today said he had to make a call and left.it's been over 3 hours and he hasn't returned. Why would anyone use this company 1 star rating for sure.

Great experience! Chris, Repair Tech, was Amazing! He quickly found out what was wrong with my Samsung Washer and replaced the part on the same Service call! Works great now!
Johana, Office Manager, took my call and scheduled my work order the next day! She was kind and professional! Wonderful company and I will definitely use them again!

I had a Samsung over the stove Microwave oven. I called Samsung, and they told me it was out of warranty. I knew this because it was 7 years old. They referred me to a company on their list called On Time Appliance repair that specializes in Samsung appliances here in the Tampa Bay Area. I called them, and the Lady stated I would have to pay 110 dollars for the service call, and price for the part. I said I knew I would have to pay so that was fine. She then stated a Rep.would text me when they are able to come. I said ok. A week went by and I heard nothing so I called them back. Very politely I said to the Lady who I spoke to the first time I called, that I needed to the status of my visit/repair. She stated since I hadn't heard anything, she would escalate my case to the supervisor, and he would text me. I said ok. Another week went by. Same thing, I called the same Lady, and said the same thing about the escalation event, and would personally call me back. I said ok. Another week went by, heard nothing from her or the supervisor, so I called again, this time no answer, so I left a message. In 5 minutes Some man named Jay left me a text stating that I would need to call Samsung, and find a repair business closer to my location. Couldn't they have told me that when I first called a month ago, as the knew where I lived. Very Poor company here and customer service here. I would stay far away from On Time Appliance Repair as they are anything but that. I will also call Samsung support and let them know the info I stated above!

I have a Samsung refrigerator. The ice maker stopped making ice. Samsung had already sent out 3 different companies to repair it. They would change out the ice maker and tell me to have a nice day. The ice maker still wouldn't make ice. They finally sent out Chris from On time repair. He diagnosed the problem within 5 min of opening my fridge. I now have a working ice maker. Chris was on time, very nice and even took the time to show me the issue while it was not working and after he fixed it. I don't know about anyone else but my experience with this company was very pleasant and a bonus that the issue was fixed.
