Once Upon A Child, Largo FL

The prices of clothes were higher/the same than what I can get brand new on sale at other stores. If I’m buying secondhand I want a discount.

Nice store, mostly friendly staff. Stuffed with clothes, I don't feel like they keep much when trading in. This last visit I went for the 20 for $10 bodysuits, found plenty just wish the store associate wasn't sitting next to me "organizing bins" talking on cell phone loudly & inappropriately, very unprofessional.

Staff super friendly, however, the store has become such a ridiculous rip off. It’s not even funny.
The amount they pay for quality items and good brands is pretty disgusting. Whoever is the owner is making a lot of money off of taking advantage of other peoples used items. I’m pretty sure I’m not the only one that feels this way.

I love finding clothes here but it's a little cramped inside of the store and I keep forgetting that they've gone bagless.

After making eye contact with more than one employee, was never asked if I was finding everything okay. Some of the selection of clothing I wouldn’t even donate. Not worth it. It smells musty and trading took an hour. I’ll go elsewhere.

The store is the most organized and I appreciate the way they even have their toys in bin categories. Some of the other OUAC locations I’ve been to, just throw toys on the shelves. Not a lot of furniture, a few strollers and occasional bassinets, but lots of children’s clothes and shoes and prices are great.

They don't purchase clothes like before. I took a tub of almost brand new clothes in and they pick one shirt out of all of it and gave like a dollar.the exchange for buying from them and selling to them is way not worth it.

THE WAIT IS LOOOOOONG. I was there for over 2 hours to trade out some clothes. Staff is super friendly and doing the best they can. The store is a bit messy, but customers and their unattended children are to blame for that. They could use a bit more staff on the floor. Appreciate the ability to recycle and buy second hand.

So busy but the choices are far and wide. They have EVERYTHING from baby to older kids, the prices are low. I always do the 10 onsies for $10

They have ALOT of clothing for children. A overwhelming amount in fact therefore if you need clothes for any range of sizes, check out this location. There were some toys, strollers and other odds and ends for babies. I didn't see much as far as furniture, but definitely ALOT in a small space. The prices appeared reasonable.

Love the store nice, clean, friendly people working there. My daughter goes there for my grandson. It's great, good prices close clean, not raggedy.

I have been coming here to this location for over 7 years. Many trades in and out, but I have to say I'm so disappointed with my last few experiences here. The "manager" CH with all different colors of hair is just awful with customers. She is rude and snarky. Not only to the person in front of me, but also to myself. I just don't think her tone is appropriate and she truly needs to just work on how she speaks with customers and interacts with people. She was even being short with the young girl on the register next to her. It makes me not want to come in here honestly. They have a decent array of items and a nice selection most of the time, the sales you can hit when you're really low on cash, but again if just rather not come into the store.

I have to leave a short review because the experience from start to finish was wonderful. All the young ladies working that day (I did not see any males) were beyond pleasant and helpful. This is NOT normal with the population of young workers lately so it was refreshing and made the entire experience a success. The store is well laid out and organized considering the massive amount of items trying to be displayed. Prices seem fair and the selection is huge. Will definitely be back, just wanted to share the appreciation to the team!

Visited today and was impressed with how organized the store was. I passed on several items as I could walk around the corner to a local retailer and get them brand new for $1-$3 more. They did have some GREAT deals though- I was able to get a backpack style baby carrier for $16 and a few clean and comfortable looking sleep sacks for $3 each.

The staff was great.

However, "Corporate" was ridiculous with their pricing.
I brought an unused Ikea child's bed, assembled it in the store,
(the only way it could be accepted) and gave them all the assembly tools and instructions.
Bed cost $112. They gave me $12! Saying there was no mattress!
The bed is sold separately from the mattress!
I drove 25 minutes to get there!
NEVER AGAIN! BEWARE!

A lot of clothing to choose from and priced very competitively. Also, there is a pretty decent selection of toys, infant bouncers and other assorted newborn/infant items. The sizes go up pretty high too so I would estimate up to a 12 year old could still get clothes here.

What a disappointment! Went in there to sell baby stuff as I usually would do but staff named Tiffany was sooo rude- I never experience such an attitude over there. And when I confronted her attitude she just denied being rude and continued to be disrespectful. Usually I was pleased with their staff but this time I had to experience her attitude and another girl who was apathetic and seemed bothered by me, I won’t go into details but definitely not going back there and won’t recommend to anyone.
Thankfully there is another Once upon a Child in Clearwater which is bigger and has better options and deals.

I was first introduced to Once Upon A Child in Oklahoma City while pregnant. That baby is now 27 years old and I’m shopping for her newborn. This store is a great place to find new and gently used baby clothing, strollers, furniture and toys and is filled with young happy women eager to assist customers.
