The most rude and disrespectful employees ever! Britney and Elena were so rude, and unprofessional. From entering this store to leaving it. I have no words. Elena (skinny blond lady, ripped out toy that we wanted to purchase from my child hands so we had to cut our visit short). Reading all reviews about this location, I’m so disappointed that they keeping employees like this to work. Would not recommend to go there or tomorrow f you go don’t bring your children (even is children store)

Love this place! Picked up a great haul of summer clothes for my 10yr old. She was so excited to shop!

Horrible customer service, this woman didn’t smile not one single time, had a horrible attitude with me and her fellow co workers and didn’t even greet me when I came through the door.
The store was out of bags and she didn’t want me to bring my cart outside because she didn’t want to take the extra 30 seconds to bring the cart inside but anyways I had a cart full of toys, books, and clothing, not to mention non of the employees offered to help me bring my things to my vehicle and I had my 6 month old son with me as well. I took the cart out anyways and the and the lady followed me out to my car yelling at me. Lastly, I had a nice expensive bassinet, it vibrated and had lights and played music, everything worked and I had all the parts to it. I payed $200 for it and they offered me $12 this place is a rip off! I got racist vibes from the employees as well, especially from the lady that was helping me. Here’s a pic of her.

First time here. Was very clean and well organized. Crew in the store was helpful and nice.

Don't waste your time. Service sucks.better off donating to people that are in need of your items.

The employees at this location are the worst. They yell at the kids because they are being kids. They are rude and always in a bad mood. They are the worst at their job everything unorganized. This location has the most ignorant employees. They are there to work not to yell at clients or children. It’s a children's store if they don’t have the patients to deal with kids, they should quit and find another job. It’s incredible how ignorant and careless these employees are. THE WORST!

Usually a nice store to shop but our kids went off looking at toys and I get yelled at to keep them by my side so we left. Don’t let your kids away from your side cause they will reprimand you

This is one of the best stores in town for gently used children’s clothing and items. I love that the store is somewhat small yet I am able to freely and effortlessly roam the isles. I’m always finding cute outfits for my kids at decent prices as well as helpful items (e.g. Feeding chair, swing set, books, and more). Occasionally, I run into items whose price is questionable. Possibly over priced for being used and for what the current market price is for a brand new item. For example, I found cute target brand shorts for my son that were in mint condition. However it did not have a brand new tag on it. To my surprise the price was exactly the same price it is going for in Target. They do need to work on this a little better as this is not the first time I have run into such an issue. I refuse to pay full brand price for an item that is used. Also, there is one staff, possibly the manager - Brittany? She is selectively friendly but overall does not seem to like people and even seems bothered by some customers.
