Do not sell your things here. My items & plastic container were destroyed when I brought them in to sell. Before leaving, I mentioned it to the associate because the storage container was clearly warped & destroyed. No sorry was given, I was told they have too many thing & everything gets stacked on top of each other. So my things get destroyed because they have too many items? Not okay. Horrible attitudes on top of that. Do not recommend

I brought a whole basket full of clothes and the picked according to them the best 50 pieces and gave me $46. I need someone to help.me do the math, I went back and saw ten of the pieces I gave for resale for more that $50. They can at lease be fair with the prices. That dwindling.

Great selection of affordable gently used clothes for babies and children. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Will be back.

Horrible system. I would rather give things away than give any money to this company. Complete waste of energy. Save your time…Sell your stuff elsewhere.

Some of the worst customer service ive ever encountered. Staff is made up of rude teenage females that talk to you like you’re stupid. Plus the entire store smells like cat urine. Absolutely disgusting experience will never sell here again.

This is a store with great finds however the customer service needs improvement. Some of them can be very rude!

Unique store with toys galore. Quality clothes and shoes too. They are picky with what they accept and I appreciate that. I went to sell things and ended up finding more things I couldn't live without. Even boots for me and I'm an 8.5!

The staff is very helpful. The place is immaculate and I get the great greatest deals there. Thank you!

If I could do 0 stars I 100% would. The owner accused my toddler of ripping open the bag that needed to be CUT OPEN. Little toddler hands could not do that. Although he most definitely did not. We were with him the whole time. There were many toys laying around UNBAGGED. So she felt the need to confront my 3 YEAR OLD? ! Rather than maybe check the camera to see if it was my baby before running her mouth.she had too much pride she couldn't swallow it. Do NOT EVER in your life come for my child if you don't want the backlash from mom and dad. So I left my cart full of clothes and toy's and walked out because she made a scene in front of many kids and made my son cry. I will never shop here again. Not if the owner is THAT miserable that she bullies babies.especially about things that are false. There were at at least 10 other children in the same aisle that she yelled at. Hannah the employee was nice I feel bad she has to deal with that lady on a regular basis. She certainly had no right to make accusations if she didn't know for a fact she was right. So unbelievably disrespectful.

Always quality merchandise and a huge selection! Great prices and a very friendly staff! Clean and very well organized!

Love this place. The option to sell your gently used kids stuff is great. I always use that money to purchase more great stuff for my kids. Prices are pretty fair for the most part. Staff is always friendly as well.
