We absolutely love this company! For quite some time now, we've been spending alot of money on cases and cases of bottler water and refilling our homes water cooler. My wife did lots some research out there and found out about this company. Funny enough her employer actually used them as well so that was confirmation that One Green was the way for us to go.

From day one they came out and are super friendly! We recently had a service call when our filter stopped working. After calling to report the situation, they were out here the very next day! What's embarrassing is the issue was no fault to One Green, we had a leak in our sink that "tripped the system ". Chad who came out was so upbeat and friendly, and even though it wasn't technically a problem caused by the system, this dude helped me fix the issue with my faucet and sink! Talk about going above and beyond! If you're in the market for any of their products, do yourself a favor now and call them. There's not many companies like this around anymore. Our water taste great and it's encourages us to drink more water on a daily basis! One thing that Chad shared I also appreciated is the fact that in the event of a hurricane, what's the first thing to sell out at the grocery stores? Bottler water! Well now that we have this water filtration system we never have to worry about that ever again. I want to say a huge thank you to One Green and especially to Chad our guy! I felt like he was family after he left! We will be a One Green client for life and plan on purchasing more of their products this year!

The communication was very thorough, and nothing was overlooked. I can tell you from a business owner's point of view that I have a lot of trust in these guys after just my first experience. After moving into our new home, I knew we needed to do something about our hard water! Thomas came out and did a fun presentation of the effects of hard water versus the One Green Filtered water. Seve and Austin came and worked diligently to install the softener and reverse osmosis system. All of my interactions were positive with the One Green team! I would highly recommend to anyone.

In the modern day, it seems "safe" to go with the popular names and brands to prevent a bad experience with a 'small guy' whom may or may not work in your best interests. Working with Chad at One Green Filter has been equivalent to hitting a scratch-off jackpot. I saved roughly $3000 going with him and his team as compared with Culligan. The results are as close to perfection as real life gets. Financing options made the affordable cost of the units barely impact our budget. Now left with silky hair, soft skin, and confidence that my family is consuming quality water. That too, our home value has increased with this home improvement.
