Well after waiting to find out what exact unit they were installing kept saying they didn't know yet I decided to cxl job.they took a large deposit which Mike manager said I would get back now no one calling me or responding to my messages.so I suppose I will have to take other steps to recover my money.which I need to replace my current unit I saved for this job for long time and this company not helping me with my refund. I pray they respond by next week.

I paid an extra $150 on top of the thousands and all they did was damage my house. They left huge holes 4fy wide by 4 ft long by 4 feet deep in my front yard had their vans in my yard and the guy got stuck and just kept digging into the yard spinning his tires. And then left it like that. With all the tire marks and holes and ruts in the yard.

The electric was not installed properly as contracted. Missing a plug and a switch totally and the ones they installed had a short and blew out the entire house power and now they won't fix it. Their new electric does t work and. The old electric now doesn't work. They have the audacity to tell me they wanna charge me $365 to diagnose the problems the caused. They broke the ac unit in the attic whike doing the work. Kicked it knocked the shut off switch off and the next day the water leaked all thru my house. Even tho the guy said he did it. Now they say nothing is their fault. Taking zero responsibility for their work. Bare wires were left just having out of the walls. They drilled hokes in the main support beam to push wires thru because it was easier for them. The technicians were very unprofessional. Left garbage from their lunch and snacks on my front porch. Amd the one technician Allison yelled the F word to another technician and degraded me and my home from the street for everyone in the neighborhood to hear. The plugs were installed so crooked they didn't put plug covers on them because u can't because they Re that crooked. Terrible nightmare of electricians. The two that came yesterday were professional but their boss Jesus won't allow them to diagnose and fix the electrical issues

Tyus Ford was fantastic, just like all the technicians from Scot’s One Hour Air. He showed up on time was very kind, and friendly, was very respectful. That was a good start. Then he did his work very diligently, was very knowledgeable, offered some suggestions as a good representative of the company should, left his card and cell phone number, and went on his way. First, thumbs up to Andy, the tech. He showed up, did the job promptly, and everything's fine. So 5 stars for Andy.

As for the company, not so much. When Andy first came to the house several weeks ago, he said the necessary part needed to be ordered. Three phone calls.the part hadn't come in yet, but "we'll call you when it's in. ". Finally, I called again on Monday and said we would have to use another company if the job wasn't finished in the next few days. The thought of losing an $800 job must have lit a fire under someone, because here comes Andy today.part in hand (did it just get here?) and finished the job. Bottom line.we waited about a month for a fairly simple job that should have been taken care of in two days.

I really appreciate Caleb’s assistance in getting the issues resolved. I had no idea there was an issue and he had the solution. Thank you Caleb for your time and expertise.

Very professional and Informative. Suggested a couple of upgrades to our unit that would increase the air quality for my respiratory illness.
