I brought two friends today for pedicures, the newest gal took cards for her neighbors, as we all look for a great place, clean, friendly, and doing a great job! Thank you all for your fabulous service!

I came in. And was ignored like I wasn’t even there. Was asked after being there for awhile to have a seat at station 7. No one ever came to service me so I walked out. Went to Palace Nails and they helped me with no problems.

I definitely recommend this nail salon, i have been coming here for a while now and I have never had a bad experience. It’s always clean and the staff is always extremely nice today I got a pedicure by Tina. She does ingrown toenails extremely well and she also did my nails they look fabulous. Tina always remembers exactly what I need and want so I just sit back relax and get pampered.

Tony and his staff have always been first class
And we love the upgrade of all new chairs and equipment

Helen is Amazing with her mail designs! She's so sweet and personable. I absolutely love my nails!

I cannot say enough good things about this place. The full set I received from them lasted 4 weeks with only 2 nails starting to bubble. I've never had a manicure last that long and have all the nails still on. The techs do amazing work, and their product is phenomenal. I highly recommend this place.

This used to be my favorite nail salon. Not anymore! The service is rushed and sloppy. I had a mani-pedi and full leg wax in under one hour. Tina did a terrible job. The prices are very high for the poor quality of service.

Very good place for a quick mani or pedi. Nails turned out looking like I like them. Everyone was friendly, and they got us right in because I had an appointment, but others were waiting. The only negative was that it felt a bit rushed, but I will definitely go again because I'm usually in a rush too!

The best salon in Bonita! Helen is so sweet and such an artist - she did such a BEAUTIFUL design for my manicure for a wedding. It was exactly what I wanted and I received compliments for weeks.

I will be coming back to One New York every time! Thank you Helen!

This review is 12 11 2022. I want to state I have been a twice a year or more pedicure customer since 2014.
I am so disappointed. I wanted just a plain manicure w buff no polish. They charged me 23 for 15 mins of work. (Since this writing I have found most salons are charging around 20, but I still stand by the fact it was a lousy manicure) The salon also looks very run down. Chairs are all worn. Tony told me since covid prices went up. I paid 12 dollars three years ago for the same thing. I did not ask the price when I made my appt but I figured around 15. This is not acceptable and I will never return. I asked the person to trim the skin around nails. Looked like w the nippers he pretended. He kept talking to the worker next to us and he looked at his phone twice. This was a one time a suburb salon. Not anymore.

Tony and his staff are number one in my book! Family owned and dedicated to customer service.
