Elevators are an issue sometimes. Pool frequently dirty, not maintained.

Valet parking is unreasonably expensive, $25 for the night (April 2023). I have a light truck (Chevy Colorado crew cab), and they want to charge for it as an oversized vehicle, for even more money.

They are quick to raise the rent but not to fix the elevators, the gym is very small and they close at 10.
