Did full remodel several years ago and was looking to replace refrigerator. Space needed modification, cabinet work. They did a super professional fix at no charge even though the remodel was done many years ago. That's customer service.

When we brought our “new” old house in Tampa, FL we knew that renovations would have to be made… we all have heard the stories about renovations and the problems that come with them. I’m here to say that was not the case when we renovated our kitchen. We worked with Jeff and the team at Kitchen Creations to plan our new kitchen. While we were not going to change the footprint of our kitchen, we needed it to be updated and functional for our family. He/they listened to what we needed; offered suggestions to improve the flow and functionality; and provided us with a fair price and timeline for completion. Despite having the drawings; measurements; and products we were amazed as to how these cabinets would function for our lives. Our install time frame was two (2) weeks from "tear out" to completion…. And then I threw a curve ball at Jeff… you see my daughter was coming home from Army basic training and I would only have her here for six days. I asked an impossible request - can we have the kitchen functional in five (5) calendar days? We were told that everything had to line up for this to be even possible…. And it did. Jeff’s team of employees and his subcontractors worked diligently to fulfill our request and it happened. While it wasn’t complete, it was functional and we all got to enjoy our six days with my daughter and she was happy to have a few of her favorite meals at home. I cannot thank Jeff and his team enough for the great job they did on our kitchen…. He and his team have the highest stars possible from our family…. Well done Jeff and team!

Because of a mold problem we found ourselves in need of a kitchen remodel. We got several quotes and designs but, when I saw Mireille’s design, there was no comparison. My goal was to have a place to display my family kitchen heirlooms and Mireille heard me. Particularly challenging for the company we would select is that my husband is in commercial construction, in a prominent company in the bay area. He is very particular when it comes to professionalism, quality, and value. His comment to me after the first week into our remodel, “This is a good team Kitchen Creations has put together. ” Now looking at our finished product, we cannot imagine anyone else having done this! Everyone from the drywall, electrician, cabinet installation, countertop installation, were great! Everyone did what they said they would and when they said they would and even earlier! The personal touch from the owner was the icing on the cake! I had a wood farm table island and Keith personally built my floating shelves to match it. The quality of design, care, professionalism, and expertise were amazing but, the smoothness of the process was what we needed after the mold experience. To think they pulled it off in the middle of a pandemic is incredible! With confidence, I can recommend them to all my friends and family and give them 5 stars!

Kitchen Creations assisted us with our first ever remodel project- our kitchen. We initially spent a lot of time speaking to different contractors and remodeling companies. It was very stressful, and in the beginning I was not sure we made the right decision. Now at the end of our project, I am confident we did. Mireille was amazing to work with. She was patient, and answered all of our never ending questions. Mireille always returned our calls and messages, and even made herself available on her time off. Her design advise was on point- and we are so happy with the final product. I cannot recommend Kitchen Creations enough. We are excited to use them again in future projects.

We have worked with Jeff McNabb 3 times now. He did our original kitchen, remodeled it when we had a flood and then helped us with our laundry room when we wanted the cabinets to match the kitchen. This is the 2nd kitchen Marelle designed for us. The first was our condo that turned out beautiful and this latest remodel was our home kitchen that was quite extraordinary. Marelle's ideas fit perfectly into our space and the cabinet colors along with the countertops look so rich and clean. We created a classy rustic look and our Island is one in a million. It's a thick butcher block that has set the theme for the entire room! Would not use anyone else except Marelle for future projects.nor should you! Thank you.
