One Third Asian House, St Johns FL

Me and my boyfriend Willie have been buying from this place for the past two days because it’s so fresh and so good! I always get a kids meal since I’m pregnant and it’s more than enough! I absolutely recommend this place. Not only is it fresh, but the service is wonderful and fast. Will definitely be coming back and even recommended our family. I’d give 10 stars if I could!

We have eaten here twice, once dine-in and once take out. We enjoyed our food both times. They are so good with food allergies and have an extensive gluten free menu. Everything is labeled well. I was so surprised my sesame chicken didn't taste GF at all and was delicious! The service is also fast and friendly. They treat customers like family. I would highly recommend!

Being a lover of sushi, my family and I decided to try One Third Asian House. They did not disappoint! Everything was delicious and the service was outstanding. This will not be the last time we dine here and we can't wait to try other things on the menu. I highly recommend!

First time trying this restaurant, stopping in for lunch. They had good covid protocols. Mom had Pad Thai, and I had the sushi and sashimi lunch combo. Picked up an eel roll to go for my son. It was all delicious! Service was great. We will definitely be back.

This was our first time ordering take out. All of the entrees were packaged easy to transport. The food was still hot when we got home. The hibachi entrees were a good size for an adult.

We've only ordered pickup so far. It's looking like the spot for our local sushi cravings. The prices are really good and the quality is great. They are also super fast in getting your order ready. We've ordered multiple times and haven't been disappointed once.

Its been a while since, I've visited. I made an order online and it was waiting on me to pick up. Like always the staff exceeded my experience with delicious food preparation.

Recently moved in the area, this was my first time trying One Third Asian House. I ordered for pick up two orders of Pad Thai (beef and shrimp) and three rolls of sushi, which was ready, waiting for me on the table upon entering the restaurant at the time I wanted. The food overall was pretty good, but the thing that sold me the most was the portion of pad Thai; it was gigantic! I have a pretty big appetite but I hardly was able to finish half the container of just one order of pad Thai. I swear, at one point it felt like the container was replenishing itself after trying to make a dent in it. Overall, I'm pretty satisfied with One Third Asian House and would recommend it to anyone who is on the fence of trying this place out.

Really good food at a nice and reasonable price. The sushi was fresh and delicious tasting. The General Tso’s was really good with the little heat added to it. It took the normal dish, you could get at any Chinese food place and elevated it to a new level. Making it definitely worth the price and we will be visiting many more times. We did pick up but the inside looked to be nice and spacious as well. We will probably do dine in next time to see the environment better. So to summarize (TL;DR) it’s worth the price and tasted amazing.

Have always had a great experience at this place. Take out and dine in are both great way to enjoy One Third! Kind staff, great food and reasonable prices. This place is a staple of the area for sure.

My parents and I picked up from here on a Saturday night. We got scallop and filet mignon hibachi and the meat and scallops were so fresh and perfectly cooked, we were very impressed. We also got some vegetarian items that were super delicious too. Service was fast, friendly and accurate. Definitely our new Asian spot!

Great food! General Tso's chicken perfect, as was pepper steak. Rice NOT sticky, just right. Lots of soy sauce packets. Make sure you ask for their crispy fried noodles, the ones shaped like Doritos. Perfect crumbled on top of entre or for munching on the side. Good stuff all around. We've finally found a Chinese/Asian restaurant in Jax that we like!

My friend wanted General Tso’s chicken. It worked out great because that night. One Third Asian House had a BOGO deal! I ordered online snd promptly received confirmation of my order. They sent me another message that the food was ready. My friend simply walked in and picked up the bag of food. The process was simple and the food was great!
