Wonderful experience. Ella, Karen and Elliot were all very professional and kind. I didn’t feel anything at all when Ella poked me with the needle and they were all very attentive and helped me stay calm. I can’t wait for my next donation!

Absolutely wonderful experience. Tiffany and Jeanette were amazing from start to finish. Amazing health care workers in a very stressful time (due to new COVID procedures in place). The office was clean and ALL staff was completely friendly and very professional!

Amazing experience even though i felt crazy nauseous after. I was there 8/7/20 around 3pm.

Easy, fast and simple. As soon as i said i didn’t feel well, both women immediately got cold towels, elevated my legs and gave me a biohazard bag so unbelievably fast.

Repeatedly asked me how i was feeling, making sure i knew my name. I was truly amazed how prepared they were! I told them i wanted to go to the bathroom and they said “no, we need to follow procedure”.

All that they did was amazing and i didn’t know they were prepared for all that.

My first time donating blood was a great experience!

I’d love to do it again soon! Maybe next time my body will be ready haha!

I am a 35 gallon platelet donor and can not say enough good things about the staff at Ormand Beach! The only issue I have is with corporate. Over the years excellent people have left and they are close to being dangerously understaffed. Two people cannot possible answere phones, check in donors and attend to those having product drawn. The bottom line can not be that important; support your employees!

It’s always a pleasure to the Red Bus and hop in for a quick blood donation.

The people know me as the one shot guy.if they didn’t poke me right the first time I’m out.

I applied to work here over 3 months ago and recently contacted them to get an update on my application. The lady that answered the phone was nothing but rude to me and treated me like I was dull-witted. I would never even donate blood here if that's how they treat potential employees.

I love to save lives but some of the lady is rude btich but that not matter I till go there and donate blood

The staff is always polite, professional, and helpful. As a regular donar, they always ask about my family and give me a couple extra packs of cookies to take home to my kids. Be a hero, donate today!

Been donating at the blood bus since high school, they taught me my blood type A+. Love the staff, love saving lives, love everything they do. Seriously awesome place. Go to their website and see where you can donate on the bus, or go in to the nova location! Such a rewarding experience.

First visit! What an awesome experience! I went initially to donate platelets, but because of new discoveries with women (whom have been pregnant) and having HLA in their blood I was unable to do that.so donated blood instead. The staff there was ever so friendly.will definitely schedule my next appointment to donate blood in 56 days!
