OneBlood, Pompano Beach FL

Excellent location to go and give blood. The entire staff is extremely friendly and courteous. I highly recommend.

I have donated blood several times at the Pompano Beach Donation Center, the most recent being yesterday. The staff has always been courteous, professional, and efficient. Yesterday I was in and out in less than 35 minutes (whole blood donation). Thanks to Sonia and the other professionals there who provide this vital service in a most helpful manner.

I love my Pompano OneBlood! I donated whole blood again last weekend, and Deslyn & Patricia gave me the usual caring and courteous personal community service I look forward to experiencing every 8 weeks. You can keep your Big Red Bus. I only donate at Pompano OneBlood!

I've donated at once before and it's pretty cool I got just a blanket out of it and some crackers.recently I was told by one of the people on the one blood Big Red Bus and I was told that i would get free movie tickets two at that and that's pretty cool you know i have a down syndrome aunt so cool way to donate and enjoy a movie with her after.this is were i feel a little disappointed. I call the OneBlood Center and ask if it's possible to give me the location for the OneBlood bus that I was told their giving out free movie tickets and this lady Sonya.not sure if I spelled the name correctly but she answered my question with "really that's what you want me to do I need you to come to the center ". Umm last I checked you guys are all one blood.why wouldn't you help me.
She then she proceeds to say I can give you one free movie ticket now why would I go to a center when the bus is the same company and closer and offering me 2 tickets not 1. Her tone in her voice already letting me know she isn't going to help me so I proceed to say if you can't help me it's okay have a good day and all she says is yep and hangs up on me I just kind of find it messed up whether it's a center or the bus you work for OneBlood your job is to get anyone in to donate whether is your Center or not I just know that I would never go to that center again and I would suggest no one goes to that center either again not if you're going to have someone rude that answers the phone and not even help you. She works for the company she should be able to help me find anything that has to do with that company anyway if you go to that Center you're only getting a blanket if you go to the Big Red Bus to get movie tickets two at that.

Absolutely my favorite Oneblood location! Everyone was friendly and helpful. I brought my fiancé in for a donation and Patricia was awesome! She was awesome with my fiancé and amazingly kind to me and my children! I am so grateful for people like her! We couldn’t be more happy with our trip there yesterday! Thank you so much to all of the amazing employees! We will be back in 2 months for the next donation.

Great Staff. It's a joy to go there. Hardest thing about giving Blood here is remembering when you can give it the actual donation painless and simple.
