Always nice and professional. Gets the vain 1st time and gives out cookies. 30minutes of my day to help others

I've donated here quite a few times and every time it always takes longer than expected, regardless of the number of people working. Making an appointment doesn't seem to help with getting done quicker. Expect to be there for around an hour and a half. The people working are very personable and the nurses do a great job ensuring minimal pain.

I am gonna leave a terrible review. I have given over 2.6 gallons of whole blood since moving to Florida in 2014. I am pretty regular, but today’s visit should be a 0 star. I walked into the technician who just seemed lost. Asked the same questions multiple times, the trainer chimed in with “Hes new, hope you understand”, I get it everyone deserves a start but when it takes 1hr 7 min in an empty One Blood to just set up, literally empty, I am the only person there is something wrong. Technician was bumbling all over the place, trainer had to instruct him exactly point of entrance for the needle, which even it was clear to me, go in and immediately pull up not to go under the vain. Low behold he did exactly the opposite, im in pain and trainer just says theres no bruising. Im like are you kidding me. Absolutely terrible experience, even the other technicians, two of which I used looked on with that “Oh god, please say he doesn’t screw it up” well my arm hurts and now there is bruising. I should of trusted my gut, if they ever start “Hes new” thats like a take your life in your own hands statement. For all your telemarketing calls for blood I think an experienced technician is probably an expectation rather a request.

Many years ago I learned how crucial and essential it is to give blood. There are so many people in need of transfusions, surgeries, battling with blood and bone cancers, and those with medical emergencies. And with the current blood shortage, it is even more critical that you find time to donate. One blood makes it easy for you to donate blood with their mobile blood donation centers, as well as their numerous on-site locations.
The staff at the Coral Springs office are always super friendly, efficient, and effective at taking you through the donation process. There is a short questionnaire to fill out to ensure you are eligible to give blood, and they take your vitals as well. My veins are like my love life; particularly hard to find, but extremely strong once it gets going Nevertheless, they are always very careful and have always found my veins without any pain or unnecessary poking. Then you just sit back and relax until it's done.
The staff also offer some juices, water, and snacks to assist in replenishing your body after your donation.
I highly encourage you to donate blood and save a life. And if you want an incredible experience visit Coral Springs One Blood donation center

I've been donating for 15 years and I have never left a center feeling so much light or love until today. Ms. Joyce doesn't usually work at this center but today I walked in for the first time and she took great care of me. I really hope you all know how lucky you are to have Ms. Joyce! We all need a Joyce in our lives to feel loved and valued. She mentioned she works at another center and honestly I will make the extra drive just for her? ️

I have a condition that requires frequent phlebotomy. Sonia has been a life saver. She is, hands down, the best phlebotomist. I’ve been to this one blood dozens of times without issue. Sonia goes above and beyond and I am grateful to have found her.

Had the best experience donating here! Sonia, as well as all the other staff members, were amazing! Thank you for a great experience and I will return to donate on a regular basis.:) BTW - everyone was masked and safety precautions were evident.

Repeat donor. I was refused to give blood because the scale showed 100 lbs. I am 4'11 and weight 115 lbs.
Brought to their attention that it was not right but I was abruptly turned away because no one wanted to check the accuracy of a faulty beat up digital scale. I am healthy, in great shape and gave blood as many times as I could before as my blood type is highly popular.
Not happy about waste of time when you make an appointment and anyway have to wait for a long time but most of all angry and sad that blood critically needed is rejected because no one wants to question the accuracy of an instrument.

I like the thought of helping people but my veins are hard to find. The people here are friendly and always find my vein the 1st time.
