Long story short, just stay as far away from this company as you can. Their high interest robbery is not worth your time or hard earned money.

Tammy & The Team was super friendly, very professional, and willing to help you and listen to your needs and the situation instead of just telling you what you going to do. The whole process to get a loan and approved was fast and easy.

The loan officer was great but I was dissatisfied with how the loan was granted. They gave me half of the amount I requested and they decided how I was going to use the money. I could be ok with them doing that if they had approved a larger amount.

The level of service is horrible. They wanted me to put up collateral for a loan not given me any other options knowing my circumstances ahead of time. They really didnt help me in anyway. I wouldnt suggest this company at all. False advertising as if they help customers with their needs. High interest rates and a bunch of back and forth not knowing anything that they are speaking about when it comes to dealing with helping people who are establishing credit or have been a victim of identity theft. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. Horrible company to do busy with. I will definitely let the world know from all of my social media outlets. They do not help you at all. Dont do business with them. I dealt with Tammy J King. Not happy with the level of service I received.

This was the second time getting a personal loan from here. The first time was so seamless and a great experience. This time the loan officer tried to get me to take a bad deal where they'd pay off my car loan at an interest rate 3x higher than my car loan currently has plus give me $3,000. Well I was only requesting 1,000 be added on toy previous loan, so that was blatently not in my best interest. She tried using a scare tactic by telling me that she wouldn't be able to add on to my current loan any more than $400 and that I should take the car loan deal. I told her no and she said ''well let me see what I can do". Then she gets back to me and she can magically give me what I asked for. Then she said that I needed to come to the bank to close on the new loan quantity. I asked her why I could not close electronically so that I wouldn't have to leave work, after continued greif and blatant ignorance concerning why the was possible, I went in to the branch to close on the loan. There she sat while I clicked sign and next on the computer. So unnecessary and annoying to be bothered by this when I did not have to do that the first time. She made the whole process annoying and painful. I am hoping to find another lender to buy out that loan so that I don't have to deal with that level of frustrarion again.

They jerked me around for over a week! They never call you back like they said and really don't care. Waste of time and plus it drops your credit score for applying. Never even got the loan, and probably still pending. Recommend going to a mafia for a loan, alteast they communicate.

My experience couldn't have been better. Working with Tammy was a breeze. She was available to me thru numerous calls and when I went to the office she made the signing easy with her pleasantness. I definitely would use One Main again for my needs should the occasion arise.

It seems my experience is the same as many other reviews I read. They advertise "same day" processing, but the reality is about one weak and that's only if you call them repeatedly. Their loan officers only half-ass the review process and don't even ask complete questions or obtain all the information before rendering decisions. Very unprofessional.

The employees here do not make you a priority. They do not call you back or respond to emails, do not keep you updated on the process and they do not answer the phone and the voicemail box is usually full. Trying to get any information on my own account is taking days.

Waste of time. Took over a week to get any sort of answer. Then they denied me because $200 a month child support for my 16yr wasn't going to be coming to me for 2 full more years. Very unprofessional in the process as well.

I had a little problem at first but if you let them work with you and you maintain communication things should be okay. I suggest going in in person because you won't get anywhere over the phone

JUST A WASTE OF TIME! Don't even try, they will hurt your credit and it takes many days for them to respond back!
