Theirs is this guy called Jairo Arauz he is one of the best realtor I have ever met. Very fast professional and puntual his personality is very polite, friendly and ALWAYS POSITIVE. I give him 100 starts if I could.

During the past 10 years we have bought, rented and sold properties, always guided by Roger.

In our last transaction, Roger sold our house that we owned for almost 40 years, which means that the property had a world of emotional value to us. Because he made the process so easy, this actually didn’t hurt as much as we thought it would, because Roger made the process as quick and easy in a couple of days.

He has been there for us when buying, selling or renting our properties. I can tell you, he offers so much knowledge of every aspect of the sale, purchase or rent process. We've done it all with him. It’s amazing how he can catch little details on any kind of contracts. Again, it’s like having your own real estate guru.

Roger has always gone the extra mile over and over again. We are so grateful for having him as our real estate professional.

The worst unprofessional wants to be a company I have an introduced to zero very unprofessional. They were the same as garbage. You should close your front door.

Very disappointed in my agent. Purchasing a home from a builder, lots of delays and issues. I understand delays and can work with that. I ask my agent to check on the progress, 3-4 days later and nothing. I ask again and I get nothing. The agent then tells me to call the builder and find out. What is the point of an agent if I’m doing all the work? This is all back in October, I haven’t heard anything from my agent in over two months. Very disrespectful and unprofessional.

UPDATE:

I responded to the agency email and two weeks later I’m still waiting for a reply. Again very disappointed and frustrated.
