One Restore has stood behind their work. Mark, Mike, Mike A and William were all very responsive to my concerns. They have taken the time to solve problems and make me a happy customer.

Let us start by saying that we have had no experience with a house fire and remodel. That said, our house was a “process. ” (From April of 2022 to November 2023.)
Mike was a good communicator and returned every call promptly. Some of the subcontractor concrete work was subpar, but One Restore addressed the issues. Our insurance company was wonderful and a great help at resolving all issues that arose. Mike was very busy with hurricane damage etc, so William was assigned to our job. William was awesome. He listened to us and genuinely cared about our home and the repairs. I would find him working all hours at our house doing little things that meant so much, for example, putting in doorknobs, hanging a mirror, light fixtures, or sweeping the patio or mopping floors. He kept the job site clean and
clutter-free. When William came onboard, there had been a lot of subcontractor issues… electrical, carpentry, painters, concrete work, finishing work. William had his own subcontractors that he used for different jobs at our house, who were excellent. Then William was assigned to other home restorations to manage, and our restoration was given to some guy named Brian, who we never saw, and he never returned one single phone call. William was then put back on our job. My advice… don’t work with Brian.
William is kind and thorough and a perfectionist. He does not like shoddy work or shoddy workers and knows who to hire for the job that is needed, it seems. He is a true asset to OneRestore. He was a pleasure to work with.

Very professional. Mike gets back to you with in minutes of either a text, email or phone call. Intimate knowledge of contract requirements.
Easy to work with. Definately a 5 star recommendation!

Onerestore made such a stressful time so much easier. Great communication, project managers were on top of all aspects of construction from beginning to end. The finished project turned better than I ever could have hoped.

I had my kitchen redone with Onerestore because of a flood I had they where great people good communication very professional would definitely recommend them my kitchen turned out looking like nothing ever happened

I was stuck working with OneRestore due to my insurance company after water damage in my home. The company is disorganized, short staffed and mismanaged. Response time was horrible initially, billing and payments were recorded incorrectly, owner was arrogant and self absorbed into what he thinks everyone should do with their home versus listening to the client. He jumps all over the place when talking and can not stay focused as to what is important at the time. He will tell you all about his jobs, his beach house and anything else he feels is important. He does not value the customers time, only his own. The accounting staff is also rude. William, the design team and the husband and wife who did the remodeling job were the only ones who seem to truly care about communication and customer care. I am sure the owner will have some excuse to re-post here as you see with most of the responses, but I assure you, this is not a company you want to do business with. Especially when it's something as important as your home.

Worse restoration company in Central Florida. Do not do business with these Scam Artists. This is what my house looks like 30 days after calling them with Zero communication from OneRestore.

Horrible experience. Zero communication. Job that should have taken one week, took 6. Poor quality work and left our house a mess every day. They were coming on average one day a week. Worst company.

OneRestore did an amazing job with my kitchen. The team was professional and reliable. They worked with my insurance company to get the job done right. After I had water damages in my kitchen they came out to the rescue and started working immediately. William Gonzales was a charm to work with, very hardworking, easy to talk to, love to make his customers happy, go out and beyond to make sure he sees a smile and I felt like family. They exceeded my expectations and I highly recommend them. I truly appreciated everyone that worked efficiently to make this a great experience and my kitchen came out perfect.

William Gonzalez was my project manager from OneRestore. William did an excellent job of coordinating the whole project. I would highly recommend him. He went the extra mile to make sure everything was done properly!

OneRestore provided me with a professional and realistic course of action on the process of the project. The project manager communicated in all events from good to bad. I was back in my home in the time I was given.

Was ran off the road by their driver who was texting and driving and not paying attention and speeding! He came all the way into our lane pushing my suv full of kids into the grass! Ridiculous!

Post IAN we hired One Restore to inspect and cover our roof. We were told that there was a hole in the roof and they proceeded to cover the areas where tile/roof damage was located. When we had a roofer come to the house to replace the tiles we learned there was No Hole into our attic. We also hired them to inspect our attic for mold. When the crew inspecting the attic was on his way out of the attic his foot went thru the ceiling. Luckily he was not hurt. Since November of 2022 we have been reaching out to them to have our ceiling repaired with no response from OneRepair!
