I had to take yet another of my laptops in because it was not working and I once again received awesome service and complete transparency when Tony inspected it.

For the entire week I was dealing with some hardware problems for my 2015 MacBook Pro & it just kept having performance issues along with my OS not being able to startup properly. So after countless of times of trying to fix it myself I decided to contact Computer Express and an employee named Jon was able to help provide his service. He was very professional, able to diagnose my laptop and explain exactly what solutions he was able to provide.

Jon was great. He came over and quickly found the problem. He explained everything including the process to get it fixed. Great experience overall.

Jon came out twice and we got to the bottom of my computers very complex problem. He was a calm person to my very emotional state. New parts were bought, and we made it through the storm, so that my business is up and running again. He was a nice guy, and very knowledgeable. I would reccomend them.

Not only do I have complete confidence in his expertise, but I especially appreciate his patience and the respectful way he dealt with my lack of computer skills.

I called, he came to my residence, diagnosed the problem and quoted a price for a new hard drive. He was on time, professional, thorough and reasonable!

He came over on a Saturday, was professional and courteous and perhaps most importantly had our computer up and running in under an hour for the same price as the other shops.

Amazing fast service with fair pricing. Tony did an amazing job analyzing the issue and repairing it quickly. My laptop would constantly shut down after 2 secs. I thought it was the battery or the AC adapter but he identified it as the OS. He would give regular updates and gave helpful maintenance suggestions as well. Thanks!

Left my wife Lenovo Yoga at the Boca Raton drop off location (computer would not turn on). After few days and calls, a tech person called to inform that:
on and off button connected to main board was the problem and to fix would be close to 500 dollars.
Last phone call exchanged I request that I would like to return the computer to my wife and explain to her what happened.
So far more than a month went by and I have no computer or a call from Computer Express.

Great service. I cracked the screen on my laptop. He reviewed possible scenarios depending upon what was needed for the repair as well as pros and cons of just buying a new laptop. Good communication updating me on status and a job well done.

Service from Jon was great and he was very knowledgeable. He was fully compliant and conscious of Covid precautions while still providing excellent customer service. Also told me with tips if same issues arise.

In the category of computer repair services, I've found no better than Computer Express. We've used them mostly for my wife's Apple products but now also to repair my PC. Very convenient!
